“Came in around 12:30 and I was prepared for a long wait, but no! They were easily getting people through the line, always smiling, and super polite. The food was fresh and outstanding. I have been to several other locations across the US. And this one is just as great! Thanks so much for a wonderful lunch”

“My wife and I stayed the night here after our wedding. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. We were greeted with champagne and warm smiles telling us “congratulations!”. We got checked in and they had left us a sweet surprise and card in the room. How thoughtful and generous that gesture was. The room was wonderful. Excellent furniture and decor. Such a lovely, cozy ambiance. Is there a paint chip here or a wallpaper mark there? Yes, but that’s what makes a historic hotel like this feel unique and beautiful. The room/bathroom had everything we needed included the most comfortable bath robe I have ever worn. The next morning we ordered breakfast and had it brought to the room. Nothing better than breakfast in bed after all. I didn’t think something as simple as breakfast could be elevated in taste so much but these chefs have found a way to do it. Even something as a simple as toast was elevated to a superior level in taste. The breakfast was delicious. Afterwards we went downstairs for a couples massage. I have never been so relaxed in my entire life. The massage therapists here are true masters of their craft. They were so personable and explained what they would do and asked if we had any requests. It was excellent. After the massage we sat down for lunch a a wonderful table in the corner of the lobby surrounded by large windows. The lobby is so inviting and clean. The lunch was superb and the butternut squash soup is an absolute must have. Perfect for the season/weather. All in all, I cannot thank the Willcox staff enough for making our wedding night and next day as special as it could be. They went above and beyond repeatedly and without being asked. You truly made our wedding day that much more memorable. Thank you!”

“What can I say, She pleasant, on time (early), Know her route. And, when I screwed up and left things home she completely understood and turned to car around before I even asked. Oh did I mention SHE'S LESS EXPENSIVE THAT HER COMPETITORS! I've been traveling and using livery services for over 30 years and Tab's Professional Transportation is the best by far. Highly recommend.”

“Philly Cheesesteak hands down beats anything I’ve ever tried in Aiken county!! The steak melts in your mouth and all the flavors combined together are heaven! Their fried shrimp is absolutely delicious as well! Perfectly crisp and juicy! Anytime I see them before work I’m stopping by for something!”

“Great place to grab a bottle of wine and enjoy it outside under gorgeous oak trees. I have been here multiple times and every bottle of wine, I mean EVERY Bottle of wine was superb!!!”

“Had dinner with my parents and we were blown away by the food! We had the summer burrata and spinach-artichoke dip for apps, which were both great. I had the Scallops for my entree and they were perfect - best I’ve ever had actually. The lemon-dill sauce was mouth watering. I liked their wine-cocktails as well. My sake mojito was delicious. We are excited to come back and try more! Best food I’ve had in Aiken so far. (UPDATE - just stay clear of their seasonal ramen interpretation. Sour broth, wrong noodles (really confused about that one), overcooked egg, and twice as much as regular ramen shops charge. Small portion too! - three bites of pasta. It was criminal and made me very sad.)”

“WOW! This place is incredibly good (food & service). I was just passing through town and happened to see their sign so I stopped in for a quick takeaway lunch; boy am I glad I did! I got the Happiness Sandwich which was delicious and very filling. It was a perfect match for my hunger today. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend this place for healthy eating.”

“What an awesome experience! The Atmosphere was calming and cozy. Currently down stairs and outside dining but I’m told September 1 there will be entertainment upstairs,Friday and Saturday evenings. Our server, Robert had menu knowledge and helpful in our meal selections and Oh My Goodness! My friend chose the Salmon special and I chose the Maple-Bourbon Grilled Mahi. Everything was delicious!”

“We came, we tried, and loved our smoothies. 😍 We had the Never Too Much and Brick House. We opted to add protein. Happy they had several different kinds. We stick to plant based and they had it. 🙌🏼 We also added a fruit cup for our toddler and it was perfect. Cut into small pieces and a variety of fruit. Blueberries, pineapple and strawberries. Not the typical melon and grapes where most of it gets wasted. Glad there's a good smoothie shop in Aiken. We'll be back!”

“The only Shell place around anymore. The pumps are always crowded. Parking is painful and getting out of there on 125 can be an adventure. But I want to point out that the store is very friendly and a good selection inside. I just wish they had more pumps. There's a good reason why it's so popular.”

“I was here the day this place opened. I was Jons first customer. Happy and upbeat, eager to do well; that was the best pulled pork sandwich Ive ever had. Kind and accomidating, willing to leave out ingredients and are also very mindful to food allergies. Ive eaten here 3 or 4 times already: today I tried the philly cheese steak. They use real hand cut ribeye, mozzarella and provolone, and hand cut bell peppers and onions. I normally hate philly cheese. This sandwich might top the pork for me. I will be a lifetime customer of this place. As long as I have the money, this place will have my business.”

“No major complaints. Food is prepared quickly. Building has air conditioning now! Very spicy with the Chile De Arbol sauce. I ordered some tacos and tamales and they were delicious. Parking is limited and on a very rough parking lot.”

“Not bad for quick counter service. The boba tea is decent and the food was as well. I had bacon cheddar fries and was surprised the bacon was real chopped bacon vs bacon bits. My son had a gyro and the lettuce & tomato were fresh. It’s clean and friendly.”

“Only place I’ve found so far in Aiken that makes quesabirra tacos! Delicious food and not bland or too salty like some places down the road. I’ll definitely be back for more!”

“I'm occasionally a guest of a faculty member, and I think this is the best food and price around. I believe I met the manager she took a personal interest in my satisfaction and the food, served cafeteria style, was always fresh and hot.”

“Wow this place is amazing. The staff are great very friendly and will take good care of you. The chef’s passion for cooking definitely shows in his food. The corn beef and cabbage has to be the best I’ve ever had. The bar is well stocked with Irish whiskey and hard to find too self liquors. I will definitely be back! Can’t wait to see what the chef put on his menu!”

“We’ve been here several times now. My whole family loves it. My kids go and play the smaller dollar tables with their friends. I like the bigger tables, but it does cost more. Nice atmosphere. Friendly service. They have a juke box, but the music volume is about perfect, so those occasional songs with heavier beats aren’t annoying. Service was good. Food was good. It’s a big place with many tables and ample room for each. So glad to have a place to enjoy the game, especially when the temps are up, and one looks for inside activities. They also have a carom billiard table, and I’ve seen a set of snooker balls, so I imagine there’s a snooker table as well. They also have dartboards for both steel tip and soft tip.”

“How absolutely fun!!! 💯 We can't wait to return. We had egg rolls, fire chicken wings and the chicken wrap. So delish!!! Very fresh and great flavors. The margaritas 🍹 were well made. The lights and music were fun and a good mix of new and throw back. ✨️ The crew seemed happy we were there and made us feel welcome. We heard the hotdogs were great too by several visitors...next time for sure. Good chemistry for sure! Go Get your Tapas & Tonics...and tunes 😉🍗🍺🍹🍸🍾 congratulations to L and F 🙂”
