“This is such a great spot. The coffee is incredible and they have dairy free options to fit dietary needs. There are caffeine-free options as well. The food is delicious. Customer service is friendly and attentive. And to top it off the facility is so relaxing and a wonderful place to sip your delicious, fresh brewed drink. “Great place in a really awesome addition to old town Bluffton. This is maybe my fourth or fifth visit and I make it a point to come here every time I’m in town. Definitely recommend everyone try this out when you’re in here. My wife loves the chocolate Cabernet and I had several different flavors of ice cream and every one has been delicious and the outdoor space in the back is really a great place for the kids!”

“First and foremost, the crew are friendly. This review is not to take away from their hard work. However, I want others to be aware of what I saw. The store as a whole is not very clean. It is a mess. Besides the photos, there were little fruit fly type of flies in the bakery case. It was not appealing to see these conditions especially during this time. It is clear that the shop needs to have a deep clean by others who are not already working hard to serve customers. Our items were good but hard to get down because I could not stop thinking about the store being unsat. I have never been in a Starbucks that was this level of unsat. Pay the price and get and continue deep cleanings. I know I cannot be the only person that has noticed the uncleanliness.”

“This is a typical Starbucks and the food and drink is as usual so they get 3 stars. Normally Starbucks gets 5 but these guys lose 2 stars because they are deceitful about their cleaning status. There outside tables are clearly marked that they have been sanitized and ready for use, however after witnessing numerous patrons coming and going, nobody had cleaned any of the tables. They would lead you to believe they are being cleaned after each use, but that is not the case. An organization as large and strong as Starbucks has the ability to lead in the efforts of showing others how to handle this pandemic and I believe most of them do, but this one does not appear to be following those guidelines. I think they are better than this and ask that they monitor this situation closely.”

“The friendliest and the speediest Starbucks in the Hilton Head area! Awesome location, the store is clean and spacious inside. Have not stepped inside in months though as the line moves fast in drive-by, but I look forward to going back post COVID. The crew is fantastic: smiling, diligent, and looking like they are having fun, and the job is NOT easy! They always get my order right (be it extra foam or light ice, or regular drizzle, etc) and my puppy gets his Puppuchino fix, too!”

“My experience was wonderful as I was searching for healthy vegan choices and meat alternatives. Loved the taco salad, tuna salad and the juice bar choices. The place is exceptionally clean and the design attractive both inside and outside. They have covered tables outdoors. It's a bit pricey...but worth it. Service was good and staff friendly. The location is awesome on a corner a block from the waterfront park so you can walk there and/or downtown too.”

“We had lunch, really terrific. Arguably the best meal we had during our two weeks on the island. French Onion soup is a must! We ordered a grilled brie ham and cheese sandwich and a tuna Asian slaw salad. The portions were huge. We could have split either easily. Both meals were really great. Did I mention the french onion soup? Service was outstanding - great recommendations from a knowledgeable staff. While its casual (like everyplace on the island) I dont think I'd want to come in from the pool/ beach without changing. Easy parking. Oh, and the french onion soup!”

“Excellent dinner. We've eaten everywhere in Sea Pines and I think this is one of the best meals we've had. All the food was obviously freshly prepared. I had a nice crab cake sandwich and my husband had a steak cooked right outside on the grill. Kids had a nice burger with awesome steak fries and fresh fruit. Kids menu wasn't as extensive as some but what they offer is quality. We've always loved their breakfast (the donuts ????) but definitely check them out for dinner.”

“I sat at the bar and Laura, the bartender, was great. She brought a smile and offered a beverage and menu. I got the wings: Atomic Meltdown and Red Dragon. The Atomic were very tasty and not too spicy- hot but flavorful buffalo style. The Red Dragon were a nice teriyaki with medium heat. They arrived promptly and were extra extra crispy like I ordered. Extra crispy would have been fine but after some of the reviews I saw, I didn't want to take a chance. I am a chicken wing aficionado and I am very happy I came here despite the negative reviews. The live music was very good too. I also like that they list the calorie count of the different sauces which you don't see very often. I'm impressed and I will be back.”
