Jade Hibachi Grill

Matt hosted his first catering event for our Holiday celebration. Usually, at least for me to-go hibachi can taste like to-go hibachi. However, Jade's hibachi did not! It tasted just like when you get it from the restaurant. All of the meals were extremely organized, and he was great with communication. Everything was correct (which is surprisingly huge for 22 people) and labeled appropriate. We really appreciate the kind service, and professionalism. Will definitely be using him again! Thanks!

Absolutely LOVE the hibachi at Jade! Delicious food at a great price. The chicken entree with white sauce is amazing - already had it twice this week it’s that good! The best hibachi in town. Can’t wait to try their other items!

Very good food at a fair price. Very friendly staff. My wife and I have eaten there about five times and enjoyed it every time. Highly recommend their chicken and steak! This is the steak and chicken hibachi plate off the lunch menu. It is delicious!

I think that they have a lot of potential and are still working out some kinks. I ordered over the phone and got the Chicken and Shrimp Hibachi. It was ready on time and came in very environmentally friendly packaging. Extra white sauce was 50 cents but that’s usually standard. When I opened the box, I was a little surprised. Everything had been mixed together in one box and usually hibachi is separated so you can take as much or as little as you please. Inside the box there were about 4 shrimp (with tails? Never seen this before) and a handful of chicken and vegetables. I was so excited because people were raving about the large portions but this is the smallest portion I have seen at any hibachi place. I paid $12 + tip and was expecting a little more. Overall it was good but was a little dry without the white sauce. I am not sure if my portion was held back as I checked their socials the next day and they stated they were running out of things very quickly. I think my favorite part was the white sauce as it brought the meal together with a hint of sweetness. The place itself was cozy and the employees were friendly. Parking can be tricky as it’s right off of the Crosstown in a residential area. I will probably give Jade Hibachi another try when they have gotten more settled but for now I am okay with having to drive off the peninsula for hibachi.

Hands down the best hibachi we’ve had in Charleston! Shocked at how affordable the food is as well. You pay half the price for twice the taste and quality. We had the chicken hibachi entree, steak and shrimp hibachi entree, egg rolls and dumplings. All were absolutely delicious. No doubt, our new go-to for delicious hibachi! Keep up the great work!
