“This location was closed because the lease was up,and the landlord wouldn't lease again within a reasonable amount.This had happened before to this same location,and it was closed for about a year,and no one else leased it ,so the landlord leased it back to the original business owner on good terms.My Daddy's Construction Co.,built this store in January of 1975 and it was opened for business in April of 1975 for Thomas Management Inc.Now I'm trying to find another good location to build a new KFC in Conway,SC , hoping to relocate to 16th Ave. and Hwy.501 (Church Street) near Walgreens and Hardee's.I hope that I can influence Thomas Management Inc. to go along with my Idea,because KFC in Conway is really being missed by a lot of people,and the only KFC that Thomas Management has now is in Loris,SC and we built that store in 1984.”

“To the staff & bartenders... we visited tonight for the 1st time. With that, we also recognize that restaurants & other businesses across the strand are short staffed. So, knowing this - we waited patiently & we were greeted with a "HI"... the food was good & drinks just fine (I missed my "house scotch" - but was told that it's coming soon).... but, I wanted to comment about what we saw... "how can people be so rude & impatient to the bartenders & wait staff?!"... we observed & overheard not so nice comments being made about the staff... :-( The bartender (who is also one of the shift managers) kindly said... "we ask that if you cannot be patient or kind to our overworked staff - that your business be taken elsewhere"... the couple paid & left. It was well posted on the front door - "please be kind to our staff - we are experiencing busy times & we again, ask that you be patient...". for us... we knew this - we were patient... & in turn, we got a smile & a thank you. We will be back...”

“Stopped here for a snack on our way back to the Broadway airport. Had the buffalo wings and French . Appetizer was very good - wings spicy but not too spicy and the potato were excellent. Ms Caren was excellent and friendly, knowledgeable. Would stop in again if in the area. It's a chain but pretty good - better than most. Prices very reasonable. Highly recommend”

Was a little pricey, as are all places at the beach in the summer time, on the upside of the price you do get a good bit of food. Of course my husband and I both had to have the famous shirts.”

“I really like their upside down pizza. I like lots of sauce on my pizza, so this is one of my faves. The sauce is on the top and it has a nice amount of garlic in it. Everyone who works there is really nice. I called late on a Sunday (6:45, they close at 7), and they were happy to accommodate me and my order eventhough it was almost closing time. They have keto friendly options too, if that's your thing. I'll be back to try more stuff in the future. Thank you guys!!!”

I did a 3 day cleanse which was so easy with their juices, when normally I can’t get past a 2 day cleanse without being hungry. “It's actually mostly Brazilian. They had a buffet lunch, which had a lot of assortments of different Brazilian foods. They had yellow and white rice, beef and chicken, a few side dishes, and a small salad bar. They also had some dessert on a separate table for purchase. The owners were very friendly and the TV was even on a Brazilian network. Small, cozy, good food.”
