“Wife and I spent a couple hours at the Apache Pier and decided to stop in Groupers for lunch. We were served by Miranda who was a fantastic waitress with great recommendations! On her suggestion, my wife had the blackened chicken. I had the blackened flounder, with bang bang shrimp as an appetizer. Washed down with 2 Blue Moons and our meal was under $60, and super delicous! We cannot wait to come back.”

“Cutest little coffee shop! The banana foster latte is literally the best latte I’ve ever had. I’m a coffee snob, so, that should tell you something. Super friendly staff & owners. Food was delicious, too. I’d pick the Megalodon Cafe over Starbucks any day ! Please open one up in Pittsburgh!”

“Absolutely phenomenal experience at Crave tonight! Ample parking at a beautiful, modern venue with both indoor and heated outdoor seating. Our server, Kevin, was friendly, personable and efficient. We never once waited on drinks and the kitchen kept the flow of the meal on a timely schedule. Each individual in our party of 3 ordered an appetizer and an entree. I had the pleasure of tasting every plate that came to the table (we’re a sharing kind of family) and everything was absolutely delicious. The mussels, the fried burrata and the eggplant rollatini made way for salads (I opted for Cesar for a $1 upcharge) followed by shrimp and veal saltimbocca, orecchiette & broccoli rabe w/sausage and lobster ravioli with shrimp in a roasted red pepper tomato sauce. *Chef’s Kiss!* We finished it off with the two, jumbo, housemade cream puffs with a delicious, not-to-sweet diplomat cream. And I can’t forget about the bread! Best Italian style bread I’ve had in the area, and the basket also comes with garlic knots! I honestly don’t remember the last time I had such an exceptional experience at a local establishment. I’d heard the rave reviews of the MB location and I’m so excited to have this restaurant in the north strand.”

“Nice new place. This area has grown soooo much. Stopped in after the grand opening and unfortunately they didn't have brisket that day with them being busy over the weekend. So I got a sandwich and mac n cheese. I stopped in today since I was in the area and got the brisket and collards. Prices seem a little high for what you're getting versus other places but it was overall good.”

“The food was excellent we had spaghetti and lasagna. Both were excellent! This may be the best Italian food in the area. Inside is nice but a little small. The bar service was par for the course. No imports on draft which is disappointing for me. They did have an Oktoberfest that was excellent. I ordered the 16 ounce but they said it only was available in 10 ounce which was weird. Overall the excellent food makes up for any short comings. They take reservations which is a big plus but hope they connect with open table its a lot more convenient. I will definitely be back and highly recommend to locals and tourists!”

“I was in town for a work trip when I stumbled upon Portofino Italian Kitchen, and let me tell you, it was an absolute gem! This place has hands down the most delicious Italian cuisine I've ever had in my life. From the moment I walked in, the whole experience was simply delightful - the service was top-notch, the drinks were fantastic, and the food was out of this world. The signature lasagna was so flavorful, leaving me wanting more. And you know what? The food was so amazing that I couldn't resist coming back the very next day to taste it all over again. To my delight, the consistency in both the service and food quality was spot-on. What made my visit even more special was the chance to meet the owner and his lovely wife. They treated me like family, showing me genuine hospitality. Trust me, this is the absolute best spot for authentic Italian cuisine in Myrtle Beach. It's an experience you don't want to miss out on. I'm already counting down the days until my next visit, eager to try their other delectable dishes!”

“I am new to the area and stumbled across this place about an hour and a half before they closed. The place was next to empty. The food was absolutely amazing and the cappuccino I got was fabulous. Instead of getting bacon or sausage I got the pork belly with my eggs, grits, and toast. And that was the best decision ever. The pork belly was amazing! And my server was super nice and checked in with me several times to make sure I had everything I needed. I will definitely be going back!!!”

“Great new addition to the area. Stopped on today for the soft opening and had the American Wagyu Slaw be Jo which was delish. Looking forward to stopping back in to try several other sandwiches on the menu. Friendly service even with it being a soft opening and very busy. They did a great job.”

“First timer here. I had to admit that I was not excited to visit “another pizza place” even with my friends highly recommending it. Well, the pizza was delicious! My friends let me sample theirs. Delicious too! Ayla took care of us so the service was 👌. We’ll be back. 🙂”

“Love this place been here twice ! Second time I ordered online... thought it just be easier an fast for my work day. I left with what I thought was all my food BUT realized they missed a few items. My cucumbers an pickles an tzaziki sauce an that yummy harissa hummus ... so it was pretty dry. They also gave me lettuce I believe not Romaine 🤔 So maybe it's just great to order in person an not online. Disappointed with how small my portion is this time but still filling enough to get me through ! ****went again a second time and it is PERFECT !!! Maybe it was a new employee the first visit either way definitely a great spot !! Added new pictures of the difference!”

“I absolutely loved everything about this place. I was a little skeptical, but you must come to this restaurant. I had the pleasure of visiting Cuba several years ago and this was about as authentic as it gets! The service was amazing and so was the food. Food was served quickly, was hot and delicious. Very nice flavors. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and kind. I was really hoping to get a good authentic mojito, but they just received their liquor license today, so it will be a couple weeks before they will have the bar open. The atmosphere is great with Cuban artists music playing and an absolutely charming atmosphere. This is a must go to in North Myrtle Beach! I am SO looking forward to returning.”

“Food was ok. Entertainment was excellent. Was pouring rain when we got there. No seating chart was available so there were a lot of us just standing in the doorway. A/C was dripping so when you went to get your food from the steam trays you had to stay to the left. Fireworks from the deck were very nice”
