“Always the best place to go after a night of drinks at downtown. It is about 15 mins walk from Clemson downtown. But beware, during weekends this place has a long queue even at 3 in the morning! The staff here is courteous and swift with their service. Plenty of parking space. Although not much seating space for those waiting in queue.”

“This could be our favorite place to go and we went a lot at first. The salads are amazing. Very fresh. The appetizer with goat cheese reminds me of when we lived in France. I love the cider, and the drink selection is great. I can actually digest the pizza, which is unusual for me. The parking is an issue, but not a killer. What ended it for me was the noise. There is zero damping, so we can't hear each other talking. It's so loud that my daughter was stressed the whole time and wanted to leave. It is stressful for me too. It's a shame, because the food and service are great. Get some damping and we'll be back for sure.”

“I've been to this McDonald's several times and always had a good experience. Both drive through and dine in experiences were pleasant, the food was hot and as ordered, the staff were nice and professional, and the store looked well kept on the dine in experiences. The only drawback to mention is location and by that I mean that depending on the time of day, traffic is heavy in that area, so getting in and out can take time and patience. But the staff is quick and timely about getting customers in and out as quickly as possible.”

“While visiting Clemson we picked Palmetto Smokehouse to have dinner. We have never visited before and new nothing about the restaurant. What a nice surprise! I though parking might be an issue but just to the left there is a driveway/road that goes past the little store and up a hill, at top to the right there is plenty of parking and we were told we could park in the green(slightly faded) spots. Once we were in the restaurant it was early for dinner so not anyone there, around 5:30. We were waited on quickly by Brian C. He was pleasant and friendly and took very good care of us. He even refilled my tea without me having to ask. We had some left over Shrimp and grits which we asked for a box, he offered to box it up and we discovered when we got ready to heat it up later he had put additional cheese on it, nice surprise. Brian did several things that were nice touches and we really enjoyed our visit. I had the Pulled Pork dinner with collards and a loaded baked potato. Everything was delish. We would definitely recommend this place and if in the area will come again.”

The owner here is absolutely amazing, he gets right in the middle of everything and works just as hard ( if not harder) than anyone there while also still making time to check on you, ask about your experience, and make sure you're taken care of. The staff here is also phenomenal! It can be incredibly hectic from 11:30-12:30, but they're always accurate, fast, and best of all, kind and polite. They also have a fantastic beer list!!”
