“The customer service is great. The employees are always very nice. The food is okay. It's like any cheap asian restaurant. The green tea, I can taste was steeped too long/in too hot water. Their rolls are not the best and small though, but they're cheap. The rice in the sushi rolls is not seasoned and obviously not cooled before making the roll. It's important to season the rice to give the roll more flavor, and it also gives the rice time to cool down before spreading it on the roasted seaweed. Applying fresh hot steaming rice onto the seaweed just takes away its crunch and makes it flimsy and soggy. Real plates for eating in would be nice too.”

“This location previously had fire. It has been remodeled and looks pretty nice. Plenty of seating g including high chairs for toddlers. It was my first time there. They are in the midst of hiring/ doing Interviews. Nice manager was on staff. Quick service & friendly staff, clean. To be transparent I did not go to restroom though so I can't speak to that. But based on what I do know, I would return to this location for a meal or be beverage.”

I ordered the fried ribs, cabbage, mac&cheese, and cornbread. Let me first say that I have NEVER had fried ribs before so I am no judge However, I do love food and frying a meat that is already tough isn't a good mix in my opinion. Cabbage had no flavor(bacon or fat back) mac was good. I committed to a second visit during the week to taste a normal menu item.”

“We love the Roasting Company! We dine there frequently but had a particularly good experience Friday night (4/19). We sat at the bar and Courtney, the bartender, was very prompt in serving us. She was polite and knowledgeable about the beers on tap. I was amazed at how busy the bar area was and how she handled it with ease. We will definitely try to come more frequently especially on Courtney’s shifts. Whenever we eat there we normally get the quarter chicken dark meat with collards and spinach and a rotisserie salad. Both are excellent and always come out hot and tasty. Go visit RoCo for sure!”

We ordered the sausage and goat cheese pizza which was perfectly done. Very reasonable prices. I had wine at a tap room(?!) but there is a lot of interesting brew on tap at the cozy bar area. Cocktails as well.Service was fast and the server very pleasant.
