“Very happy with everything about our Friday night dinner selection at Persis. The wife and I both loved our dishes, as I went with chicken Korma and she chose the butter chicken. Both were exceptional with flavorful sauces. Our service was also 5 stars. Our waiter, Corey, was knowledgeable and very accommodating to all our needs. He knew the menu inside-out and made great suggestions based on our tastes, knowing this was our first trip. However, we will definitely be back!”

“Bagel Boat is a great establishment that Lake Wylie had needed for a long time when they opened. Through their use of quality food sources, they have been able to provide for those who have been looking for a taste of home back up north. My only complaint that I have had here over the years are that sometimes the staff has miscommunications with the order. I always order my bagels not toasted, which a quality bagel should not be, and it is usually 50/50 chance I receive a toasted bagel. Overall, Bagel Boat has been a fantastic addition to Lake Wylie and it is definitely worth a visit if you are in town.”

“I have enjoyed their pizza and pasta for years(especially enjoy the pan pizza). Today was a new experience,however, went for Sunday brunch and they had a excellent selection. We had waffles, yummy breakfast potatoes, country ham, bacon, eggs and grits. Food was well prepared and the price was right. Weekend brunch served Saturday and Sunday from 8am till 2pm. With the lunch menu starting at 11am.”

“LOVE this place! We're so excited to have Maui Açai as a healthy dining option in downtown Fort Mill. The bowls are so delicious! All of the produce is incredibly fresh and the owners are so friendly. “I come here for their Greek salads. I find that half a Greek salad with chicken added is just the right amount for lunch. Usually the veggies are fresh and crispy with generous feta cheese crumbles. The lunch specials are hard to beat- 2 slices or 1 slice and a side salad and a drink for $6! Service is good and food comes out quickly. Empire is one of my go-to favorites!”

“Always looking for a new/different place to grab some dinner and a couple of drinks after a long day of work. We popped in to Killington's Baxter Village location to do just that on a Thursday evening. We timed it right because we were shown to a booth right away. The weather was beautiful so it would have been nice to sit outside, however, it seems all of Baxter had the same idea! Diana greeted us quickly and took our drink orders. I had been here once before but only for appetizers and cocktails. We spent a few minutes perusing the menu before deciding on the pub pretzel appetizer, the Spicy Jack Chicken sandwich and the small Baby Back Rib plate. The pretzel was incredible! Brought to the table piping hot and hanging from a hook, it was as big as my head! Served with pimento cheese and hot mustard for dipping, we honestly could have been perfectly content with just this for dinner!! When I ordered the chicken sandwich, I was unsure of the sauce to choose - Diana made several recommendations and even brought me a sample to insure that I was happy with my choice. The tenders were rolled in a spicy Gold Rush sauce and were absolutely delicious! If we had one less than stellar item, it would be the ribs. My husband said while they had a good flavor, they were rather dry. That's the reason I didn't give 5 stars. Service was fantastic, the price was reasonable for the food we ordered, the place was clean and we will certainly be back for future date nights and client meetings.”
