“Such a great idea and executed very well. Everything we ordered was delicious. Obviously, the kids' ice cream orders were sans alcohol, but in ours, the recommended spirits actually complemented the ice cream and toppings. Plus, when I realized they mixed everything right there, I was expecting either a soupy mess or hard, icy ice cream, but their method for cooling while whipping/mixing made everything smooth and creamy. This was also very possibly the BEST customer service we received during our entire vacation. Overall, Myrtle Beach was a little lacking in the southern hospitality we're used to (stupid COVID! I suppose), but not so, here. Even though we were the last customers of the night and walked in shortly before closing, the staff were out-of-their way friendly and took their time to make clear explanations and recommendations, smiling the whole time, and not rushing us at all. The only thing holding back from 5 stars is the setting, which is a LITTLE utilitarian for such a decadent treat. It was spotlessly clean, though. The place felt brand new... I'm sure they'll figure out how to make the dining area feel a bit cozier as they go. Highly recommended, and we can't wait to go back next time we're in town.”

“Totally excellent. This is great quality food. Fresh ingredients. Freshly made. Great friendly down to Earth service. We had the Pad Thai and the Garlic Lover chicken. Also-the Spring Rolls are as good as can be gotten anywhere. I will definitely be getting those EVERY time I come here. For dessert, the Creme Brulee was awesome. Seems like it was made just hours ago. Super fresh. Loved everything about this dining experience. Will certainly be back!”

“My husband and I were walking downtown and decided to try some of the shops there. We went to Lucy’s and was very disappointed. We then tried the Orchard Cafe, what a difference. “First and foremost, the crew are friendly. This review is not to take away from their hard work. However, I want others to be aware of what I saw. The store as a whole is not very clean. It is a mess. Besides the photos, there were little fruit fly type of flies in the bakery case. It was not appealing to see these conditions especially during this time. It is clear that the shop needs to have a deep clean by others who are not already working hard to serve customers. Our items were good but hard to get down because I could not stop thinking about the store being unsat. I have never been in a Starbucks that was this level of unsat. Pay the price and get and continue deep cleanings. I know I cannot be the only person that has noticed the uncleanliness.”

“This is a typical Starbucks and the food and drink is as usual so they get 3 stars. Normally Starbucks gets 5 but these guys lose 2 stars because they are deceitful about their cleaning status. There outside tables are clearly marked that they have been sanitized and ready for use, however after witnessing numerous patrons coming and going, nobody had cleaned any of the tables. They would lead you to believe they are being cleaned after each use, but that is not the case. An organization as large and strong as Starbucks has the ability to lead in the efforts of showing others how to handle this pandemic and I believe most of them do, but this one does not appear to be following those guidelines. I think they are better than this and ask that they monitor this situation closely.”
