“Visiting from out of town for a funeral. Our family went in for a later supper; they were not that busy. Service was slow. The waitress stood at the end of the table & passed the drinks down the table. There were 9 of us but she could have delivered each h of us our drinks. One of the servers helping bring out food spilled black beans down the arm & back of my granddaughter. They didn't acknowledge it at first but someone mentioned it to another server who went & got the manager who offered a wet wipe or seltzer water to clean off her blouse. They did give her a free dessert. Not sure what I expected but more like part of her meal taken off; she was sharing a 2 for $25 with her uncle. If we find ourselves back in Knoxville, we will not be eating at that location.”

“We have tried many other steakhouses from inexpensive to ridiculously priced.... and we always go back to longhorn. The service has always been amazing, but the visit last night was by far the best. The manager came up to us and asked our opinions on different subjects, from how the service is to opinions on local breweries. Wonderful experience.”

“Oh my gosh. Two words: Holy Shitake. Yep, that is the best pizza I've ever had. If you like garlic, you will love it. Started off with the spinach salad, which was so good with dried cherries and candied pecans. Yum. Will be back. The ambience was the only down side. It is more of a casual lunch time kind of place as opposed to a nighttime dinner atmosphere. No big deal, I guess, if you're not looking for a romantic evening. The food makes up for that!”

“Consistently meaty, hefty and tasty sandwich. Staff very courteous and welcoming. Go to cashier to place your order, and if Kelsie is at the register, she not only remembers my favorite sandwich, but she also knows the extra condiments I like with my order. Then there is Joe, he keeps low profile but very professional and helpful. If I see him in the shopping mall, he stops and exchange greetings. For me, going to Farragut Firehouse is a treat.”

“Fantastic pizza at a great price! I've heard such good things about this place, but hadn't made the trip out there until last night - I'm glad I finally did! The pizza was fantastic! Toppings were good, the sauce was great, and the crust was very good. Definitely fills you up, and it was very affordable. My friend and I tried their deep dish, but I'm definitely going to go back to try their thin crust and NY crust here soon. Their hand tossed crust looks good too! Go check them out. Great food!”
