(November 3, 2022, 7:25 pm)Okay, I changed my review because the staff are trying to get things turned around. This store is our store. We need to encourage the workers with kind words of encouragement. Bad reviews will not make the problem better. At least give it a few visits before you give up. Or if you had a bad experience tell them to make it right. I have never heard of a McDonald's that will not do the right thing. They just need to know what's up. They made it right with me. So, I'll give them a 5 for effort.
