We recently had a graduation reception at Jonathan's and every single thing was perfect! We had a buffet of appetizers and drinks and everyone had a fabulous time. “I was pulling in to buy a sandwich when I hit a curb and popped my tire. While is was working on putting on my spare, an employee came out to help. He grabbed the jack out of his car and sat on the ground with me to get the car lifted and the tire replaced. Afterward I went inside, and he made me a delicious sub! He didn’t tell me his name, but this employee should get a raise or a promotion for his kindness.”

“We have always had a positive experience thus far both with the staff and the food; however, something happened today that should not happen again. It was a trainee who was taking care of us, and she was obviously having trouble figuring out which buttons to push for a certain transaction (which one of us have not experienced that on some level); I was fine waiting for the food because I knew she was doing her best. What bothered me was that a more experienced staff member saw that the trainee was having trouble and did not give her the necessary help to finish the transaction. I am not bothered by the trainee's struggle; I was bothered by the actions of the more experienced staff for she displayed a lack of concern for her colleague and indirectly for the customer who was having to wait longer.”

“We are glad we finally tried Helen’s Hot Chicken! The quality of the food and service is worth every star. I got the Mild tenders with fried okra and fruit tea. The tenders were so flavorful, and the okra and tea were straight up the best I’ve ever had. My BF got the Hot tenders and was STRUGGLING with the heat, but said they were delicious. All in all, we were super happy and will for sure be back for more!”

“Absolutely love this place. Everyone's just too nice. They also received an 100% from the health department which is amazing. Couldn't be more happier for them. I've heard that one of the workers there actually redid the bathrooms by themselves with a friend of theirs as well. It looks excellent! The walls used to be just plain white, but they painted it a Darkish Blue which looks gorgeous. I've eaten here so many times. The food always tastes delectable. Probably the top favorite restaurant around the area. It's incredible. They really deserve it from all their hard work. Definitely come down & try this place out!”

Hungry Howie's had a large presence in South Florida when I lived down there and I was thrilled when I saw a location pop up here!
