“This NEW establishment did not disappoint. We decided to dine in to get the full experience. The staff greeted us as we walked in and the aroma of fresh baked pizza filled the air. The staff was friendly, the space was quaint and clean, and not overcrowded at the time of dining. I’m embarrassed to say that this was my first time trying a Chicago Style pizza and it won’t be my last. The food was pleasantly seasoned including those AMAZING Mild Buffalo Wings! “The coffee and atmosphere is great, but the salad is a bit of a ripoff. $11 for a cup of lettuce with some other goodies sprinkled in. I’m sure it would have tasted great if they would have included the dressing as well. Unfortunately, I took this to work, so I didn’t have anything on hand. The apples are brown in the picture because I took it with me. Make sure you ask them not to cut it if you’re traveling. Everyone was nice, but yeah.. even if the salad had dressing, not sure if it was worth $11.”

“As a Chinese American, I must say that I’m quite impressed with what VGM/ Casarap has to offer as far as freshly made food goes. From its famous banana filled lumpia to its fresh steamed fish, everything and anything that you can get from here is relatively inexpensive and tastes extremely good! While I would like it if the place was open at night especially on weekends (I work at a news station during the night shift so yeeeaahhhh...) and that they serve their food using eco-friendly containers as opposed to styrofoam to-go containers and cups, overall, for freshly made food that’s served in a nice, homey atmosphere, I am very happy with the service that I received and I look forward to coming back here in the future. I’m sure that even my Chinese grandparents would appreciate the tropical vibes of the food served here. :) Eater’s tip 101: If you’re the type of person who doesn’t eat sweet stuff on a daily basis, but wants to try their sweet dishes, I recommend pairing them with a hot cup of tea or coffee, preferably a hot cup of green or Jasmine tea. Trust me, they go EXTREMELY well together! :D”

“The grocery store is small and mediocre. You definitely get some ‘desi’ stuffs like daal, spices etc, however not very big like you see in Atlanta. They have a restaurant running with it. The restaurant is a typical South Indian ( telegu) type, where the chicken biriyani is the best. It’s very very big in portion size, compared to the price. Also it’s spicy and tastes really good. The dosa is pretty mediocre! The tea, or other few things are also nice. But again, the biriyani is the best. Also they sell some laddu, which is very good”

“April 2022 Update: I went for Karaoke night on a Friday and it was really fun! The owners are completely engaged in the customer experience so it made everything worth while. Very nice establishment! The owners are very attentive and helpful. The staff was fun and made sure we had a great time! We came too late for the food but we heard it was great so we will definitely be back. Their corkage fee is pretty reasonable so that’s a plus! The hookah had a great flavor and our drinks were good! I enjoyed my time here.”
