“My parents live in Pipe Creek. We found this place by accident and am I ever glad we did! From the forst moment you walk in it feels more like a house than a restaurant. They cook the food right in front of you on a regular kitchen stay oven. Each taco was made one by one to the owners standards. Now on to the food... I ordered the chorizo tacos and my daughter had the bacon and egg tacos. The chorizo was awesome! It wasn't greasy or runny and the flavor was off the charts!! Mu daughters bacon and egg tacos had the thunk cut and amazing bacon! The tortillas are amazing as well! They aren't chewy and have a flavor that brings out whatever is in then! Over all folks, this place is a win and you owe it to yourself to stop in!”

“Very good burger. I got the Double cheeseburger. Puts Whataburger to shame. The owner told me all the patties are ¾ pound and hand made. This place will do great as long as they adhere to their business model: ¾ pound burger and reasonable pricing. Going back today to get the wife a Swiss mushroom burger, better not disappoint the Queen.”

“Welcome to Pipe Creek, Boonies Pizza! We are so glad y’all are here and opened up a local pizza shop. Thrilled we can grab pizza for dinner on our way up Hwy 16 to home. We tried the cheese, pepperoni and the pepperoni with sausage (hubby says he wished I got the Nick’s special but I’m allergic to jalapeños…sniffle). Delicious pizza with a Texas kick…not sure if it was the sauce or dough or both but the spice level is nice… flavorful and hot and ready when the sweet lady on the phone told me it would be. Very pleasant experience from phone call to pick up and payment.”

My wife wasn't a huge fan of the barbacoa tacos, but we will definitely be back for her to try something else. “AMAZING STAFF! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Restaurant food was very good. Amenities are lacking a bit, but they are working hard to make this a fantastic destination. Golf course isn't open yet and the water park will be closed all year, but driving range and pool are still open. This isn't meant to be a five star resort so don't expect luxury. It is a clean ranch with horses and more deer in a day than we could count.”

“Accidentally discovered this fantastic Texas BBQ restaurant. It’s fairly new. The brisket plate was fantastic. I was so hungry that I gobbled it down before taking a picture. That’s why I only posted a picture of my empty platter. Great service. Reasonable prices for a barbecue joint. Indoor and outdoor seating. They are still waiting on their liquor license so unfortunately no beer to go with my barbecue today. But he said they serve free beer on weekends. They are currently working on a whiskey bar right next-door. And as soon as they get their liquor license they’ll be able to serve beer also. Plenty of parking. Just off the highway. Great destination.”
