“This place is pretty good. This is the first time I have eaten here. I had a double steak burger with bacon, cheese, pickles, onions, mustard and ketchup. The burger was good but the fries were awesome. Great seasoning on them and the fry sauce with jalapeno was incredible. The place is packed at lunch time and for good reason, the food is good. They also have custard but I didn't have any. All in all a good place that I will return to.”

“A true “hole in the wall” place. The two folks running the place when I went were extremely nice and the wings...ohhh the wings...amazing. They are real wings, not the wing broken into two pieces. I also like the free fruit for kids, my 10 month old loves sucking on an orange before she gets her food! I’m giving 3 stars because lately the staff has been rude or not knowledgeable about the food. Twice now I had to complain because I order my daughters food and they barely give her any noodles! Today I came in and there was a new girl I hadn’t seen before and she fed me straight attitude the whole time. I will not be returning to this Grabbagreen for a while because of this. Hopefully the one in temple has better customer service. I’m sad because I usually go to Grabbagreen once or twice a week! But I don’t need the attitude, get it together Grabbagreen”

“So, I visited this location at 9:59 pm and had the pleasure of being helped by a kind woman named Adrian. She was super patient with me as I couldn't see the menu. I asked if the lobby was open and she was even willing to allow me to place my order inside; even though it was one minute until the lobby closed. It is rare in my experience to visit a fast food place and have someone not treat me as just a number. Adrian made sure my food was fresh. She even asked me about something pertaining to my order that I didn't even think to ask her about. In customer service industries I learned the customer is usually right. Well in this situation, I think Adrian should be recognized for her demeanor and service quality. Maybe even a raise.... =) The crew that was staffed tonight was also appreciated, my Reuben was definitely on point.”

“This is one of the newer locations in town. It is quite small inside but nice. The employees greet you as soon as you walk in and take your order while using good customer service. However, I'm giving them 3 stars because I ordered 3 meals from the menu and there was 1 to 2 things wrong with EACH meal. Ex. I ordered mash potatos and got mac and cheese. I also had a few things miasing from the order, I had to get up and correct the issues twice.”

“Haven't been here in a while but I must admit that I was very impressed. I went on a Friday or Saturday night after work so it was around 11 or 12. It was packed but not too many people that I wasn't comfortable. Go home and you has changed since the last time I was there and the fact that they sell alcohol until 2 a.m. is also a plus. I enjoyed it it was really good and a good after hour spot to go if you're trying to unwind from work or on a date.”

“We had a brand new waitress. That can go either way, ours was great! I only mentioned that she was new because it often sets the tone for the service. We had tavern burgers & bottomless sides. The refills were a little slow at first, & hardly worthy of a full portion, but it got better! My burger was plain & dry, but i was starved- when I finally came up for air, (almost halfway through the burger) I looked at my daughters burger so juicy & fresh looking & realized they screwed mine up! The manager came out with a fresh new burger the way i ordered it. All was great after that. The only problem I couldn't fix was how frigid cold it was in there! Definitely take a sweater!”

“The server was friendly and even told us that we could sample the different sauces, I'm not sure he knew what he was getting into by telling us that. We tried about half the sauces on the menu since none of us had ever been before. The food was great and so were the drinks. It was a little loud but we were able to sit in a different area that was a little bit farther away from the noise. I'll definitely be coming back when I'm in the mood for some wings.”

“This is my second visit to this location and I am happy to say it was better than my first experience. The first time my husband went to get take out but it was new years eve the year before and it took them over an hour waiting just tp get the food. This experience was dining in and everyone was so friendly and the food was hot and was only a short wait time. I am so glad I gave them another chance it was a good lunch!!”
