“Damn these people don't play! Got the sausage and pork ribs. Sausage was smoky and juicy. Ribs were tender, juicy, smoky, and had a great char and sauce. I travel throughout central Texas for work and I pretty much exclusively eat barbecue. Highly recommend this place. Get here early for brisket. The owners are wonderful people and the prices are very reasonable - especially for the quality.”

“Had never been to the place but I really had to pee. When I first walked in there was a puddle on the floor. The bathroom stall did not have tissue and as far as cleanliness it was sub par. I decided to try the chicken because I had heard a lot about it. I got the six piece bbq and a small macaroni and cheese. Let's just say they could have kept the Mac n cheese. But the chicken reminded me so much of back home. So I give the three stars for the chicken. The rest was just meh 🤷🏿♀️”

“I don’t usually leave reviews, however, my family and I went over to Sona after trying to eat at La Riv and the restaurant being full. Sona was also busy but the server made sure to find us a place that wasn’t at the bar. We ordered from both the Indian restaurant as well as La Riv and food was amazing. The server was very attentive and kind. She seemed very busy but made sure everyone was taken care of. She definitely left a great impression on everyone last night. Definitely will be back due to the great food and great service.”

“This is a great little brewery/winery in Salado! We frequently visit here and Barrow (within walking distance) on the evenings and weekends. We love the free glass that you get when you do a beer or wine flight - and always bring visiting friends/family here to experience it. They have a large selection of beer on tap and wine to choose from to build flights, and often have live music. They are pet friendly also, which is a big plus for us!”

“Simple is always best. They have their Ramen and other dishes spot on. They're not trying to be hip by creating all these weird dishes. The food is consistent as well. There's also some pretty awesome Naruto murals on the wall. Definitely one of the best ramen places in the area.”
