“My wife and I went here for the first time since they opened a while ago as we got a coupon in the mail so we decided to try their pizza; and we ordered one of their specialty pizzas to eat in. The restaurant is nicely decorated and clean. We ordered our pizza and drinks at the counter. Their salads looked good as well but that is dinner tonight. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pizza was tasty. Their many product coke machine was not working so we got iced tea.”

“We had a great time for a pre wedding dinner with bride/groom parents and friends. Had a buffet of fajitas and fixings and everything was done perfectly. Reserved their big patio and it was perfect. I came in earlier today and found a hair on my sand which, I usually wouldn’t say anything but I was craving that’s sandwich and just couldn’t eat it after that. “We have been to this restaurant several times over the years, and was one of my favorites for Italian. After being seated, it was a good 15 to 20 minutes before we were greeted (might have been 5 or 6 tables occupied in the whole place). Another five minutes for our drinks to show up after we were greeted. We started off with the artichoke dip which was alright. I had the lasagna which was ok, nothing to write home about. Was the first time I had ordered this there though. Had the beef medallions the last time we were in which were great. The wife ordered the mushroom ravioli (something she ordered every time we went there), and it looked like it was plated in the water it was cooked in. The wife is not one to cause a fuss, and she was really hungry and didn’t want to wait for a remake. So she just ate what she received. With so few people in the restaurant I would have expected more out of the kitchen. We were given several excuses over the course of our dinner. I’m not one for excuses, just step up to the plate and get the job done. A simple we are sorry for the inconvenience would have sufficed.”

Floor looked a bit unclean but not unwelcoming (might have been that day only). One of the many times we've been there and will be there again.”

“My 3 star rating takes previous positive experiences into account, however today marks the end of my relationship with Allen’s Cheesecake Factory. As today is a holiday, we purposefully arrived at the start of service to not only avoid crowds but catch service and the food at its best before the day took its toll on both. We didn’t even get that far. We were seated at a table that had obviously not been cleaned. Napkins and dirty silverware had been placed on top of crumbs and dried food stains. I sought out the manager to not only alert him of the state of our table but to gauge our impending experience. Let’s just say that his appearance matched that of the table. When I showed him the table we were presented with he asked “what would you like me to do? You want new silverware?” It was at this point our groups’ eyes locked and we made the collective non-verbal decision to leave. As a manager, it is your responsibility to ensure that each patron has a quality experience, beginning with a clean, sanitary eating space. If you can’t manage that in the dining area, how am I to trust that your kitchen space does not have the same challenges. Do better Cheesecake Factory. This was just disgusting!”

“Oh this place was amazing. Went in for a glass of wine to celebrate my friend's birthday and left with my new favorite chill bar. Smaller, lovely interior, excellent bartender, and great wine choices. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. “decided to give this place a try since we were hungry and in a hurry. Wow were we impressed ! we got a medium strawberry lemonade which was the size of a small child and a large pineapple lemonade that barely fit in our cup holder. Got the 12 pack of jalapeño poppers which were amazing. Bits of peppers and melted cheese the perfect amount of heat. The dogs were great I got the junk yard on pretzel bun. The bun was lacking in flavor but the dog was amazing and the topping hearty. The husband got Chicago and bacon dog he agreed the regular bun was better. The service was fast and polite. We will definitely be back to try more !!”

“Where do i begin! The food was amazingly delicious, the portions are great meat and side wise. I am picky about Mac and cheese, i always have to add salt and pepper but theirs was perfect for me. They also make banana pudding but I’m allergic to bananas . Surprisingly they make it without bananas and it taste the same. The staff was very kind and friendly. My spouse never really eats all of anything but between him and the kids they ate all of their food. I will definitely recommend this establishment!!”

“Yummy!! Just ate here for lunch. I went right at the middle of the lunch rush so I had to wait about 10 minutes to get my food, but it was well worth it! I had the mushroom philly cheese steak and sweet potato fries, and both were excellent. I will definitely visit again for another meal!”
