Outback Steakhouse

As I stated in an earlier review of a different business, I feel it's important to give honest reviews for the consumer.

Today was my first experience with Outback. The staff was friendly, the waitress attentive. When our food was brought out, the presentation was nice.

I ordered a salmon & shrimp dinner, which was new to the menu. The temperature of the food was superb! My relatives said their food was on point as well; steaks, burger.

Management came to our table to ensure we were satisfied. We were indeed!

To the staff & cooks @ Outback, keep up the good work!

Walked in around lunch time and I had no time to wait. Was immediately sat down and I got my meal in an ample amount of time. My server was stellar and he got tipped very well. I love this location and will always return.

Really love the curb side pick up at this location, they always seem to be on top of everything. I've also always been rather impressed with the quality of my steak. Lots of times I find some places can't cook a good medium rare steak without making it chewy - never had that issue here. The one time I did done inside the service was great, but again - I stick to their convenient curb side take out. Apparently they deliver now as well?

Mitchell is amazing!! He was very professional and attentive. He made my son's birthday dinner even more special. This was our first time ever going to Outback Steakhouse and it was a good experience.

Place was packed. No parking, we had to park next door. I was skeptical and initially wanted to leave. Usually restaurants with high volume can buckle under pressure. Not here apparently. We were seated in less than 30 minutes. Far less time than initially quoted. Once seated, our food was brought to us quickly, as if we were the only people there. Two separate managers came to check on us during the meal. One manager even adjusted our child's meal to please him, which I thought was above and beyond. The food was piping hot and correct. I was impressed with the service. We will definitely return.
