“The Nova opened last week, and spotting their grand opening sign thought I'd give it a try. Advertised as a Tex-Mex with a Latino infusion, Lord, does this place deliver! A free fritter was delivered and wow what a knock out! Done with a tempura batter, rice 5 cheeses, and black bean. The delicacy of the various elements just floored me. As the en tray I ordered the shrimp and scallop enchilada, Oh my, oh my, the sauce is to die for and the shrimp and scallop were delightful!”

“My family absolutely loves this restaurant! We come here quite often to celebrate anniversaries and holidays, and the staff are all so accommodating for our large family. Each server we have had has been excellent and very efficient. The past few times our server has been Jonathan and he has been amazing! We never have to wait an unnecessary amount of time for our food, and there is always something for everyone to enjoy. We couldn't choose a better place to celebrate!”

“Pretty good shaved ice joint! The shaved ice itself is a very creamy type like you'd find in Asia, not icy. They offer a lot of traditional toppings like boba, egg pudding, red bean, etc. Just wish the portions were bigger. We got the large and it came in a paper cup, a bowl would have been nice. Location isn't the best, not much going on in that complex but worth going out of your way for.”

“Excellent soon tofu! I got the seafood which was delicious; several oysters, clams, and muscles along with perfectly silky tofu permeated the bubbling broth. They have 4 levels of spice and in fact my only complaint was I got the hottest and it wasn't all that spicy but that happens. The banchan selection was great and they offered to replace it several times (great service overall) Decor is very clean and trendy. Overall a great new restaurant and something different in the area.”

“Great service at this location. After my son spilled his drink I received immediate assistance cleaning it up. The pizza buffet is hot and fresh, with an ever changing variety. If I had a complaint, it would simply be a lack of choices in the video game department. A more broad selection variety would make this a great place for a children's birthday party. “This restaurant has truly authentic Chinese cuisine and reminds my wife and I of some of our favorite restaurants In Tianjin and Beijing. They have a steamed garlic shrimp that is absolutely delicious and unique beyond description. Several soups are outstanding, as are a variety of meat and fish dishes with the lamb and fish combination among our favorites. They also have several fresh salads including a delicious selection made with black fungus. If you are a fan of great Szechuan dishes, this is your restaurant. Extremely popular and not too large a seating area, so if there is a wait, don’t be discouraged, it is well worth it.”

“This was my time trying Filipino food. I met Mauro at the counter and he enthusiastically explained what was in each dish. Ended up trying 4 different dishes and was impressed by each of them. I especially enjoyed the barbecue chicken. The restaurant was very clean inside- all of the tables get cleared quickly when people finish eating. Will definitely be back to try the dishes I missed.”

“Wow … my new favorite store. Providing all the basic fresh necessities, the meats are excellent and second to none, not even the best butcher shops ….. although admittedly you aren’t going to find a slice of bacon in the whole place. On the other hand, the Halal Kofte (small seasoned meat patty) is to die for and makes an incredible replacement for a lean and flavorful breakfast sausage. The butcher will make up larger ones which makes for an incredible burger! (I haven’t missed the bacon in over 6 months.) Of the general fare, I always find something that has a slightly different twist (taste wise) that makes coming back and trying something new a better and usually healthier experience. A Really important note, the foreign products are usually not loaded with all the artificial sweeteners, flavorings, chemicals, and preservatives. A shopping trip is usually quick (because it is well organized), prices are very reasonable, and the staff and owners incredibly friendly…. making for an enjoyable experience! When was the last time you could say THAT about going to the grocery store?”

“Cash only! Be aware the convenience store in the strip has an ATM machine. Food is really good, but there is no coffee. Wish there was as they have a great Mexican breakfast. You order at the register. Food is extremely reasonably priced and you pay when you are done eating at the register.”
