“This Starbucks location is the perfect drive thru location! They are fast (most of the time) and friendly (all of the time!). They always personalize the experience and offer a high level of customer service for myself and my puppy dog. We choose this location amongst the others off of Preston rd. I appreciate that, generally, they are not sold out of vegetarian friendly food options. As a vegetarian, I struggle with availability of options at other locations. Bridget and her the management team have a great hold on ordering and item availability. You guys are doing a great job and Gix and I will miss you guys while we are in Austin.”

So apparently the online screen is wrong and they've changed it since the day before yesterday when I got this coffee and she gave me no straw which is fine I can get a straw but she was very rude. No phone number works to talk to a manager and I couldn't mobile order because it was down. I really should give it 1 star but I won't let her give this Starbucks a bad name.”

I do prefer it with light ice, but the most important part of the drink is when it is made with a much higher ratio of coconut milk to strawberry base - if not, it gets too sweet for me. It should end up being a very light pink color.”
