“A solid 4 stars. Loved the chicken sausage. Wish they would bring back the donut holes which were seasonal last month, they were the most amazing thing ever. Service was a little faster this time than our first visit, but still took a considerable amount of time. Certain requests seemed to take a long while, and fixing my scrambled eggs took a bit, but all in all, it was yummy and I’d go back, just make sure you have time to spare.”

“Let me start off by saying that I am a huge bubble tea fan! I found out about this place while looking for a dessert place in the area for my kids. When I walked in the first thing that I noticed was the very cute and very colorful decor! The only thing I did not like was the location of the menu as it is in a strange place, so I had to stop right after entering to see what I wanted before I proceeded to the counter to order. I think it would have functioned better behind the counter. There were two ladies working behind the counter. One of them greeted me and answered my questions about their menu and how their tea is made. It was then that I discovered that they were sisters! I also like my tea without much sugar and wanted to make sure that the drink I chose would not be super sweet. She told me that they can adjust the level of sweetness and that her sister makes one of the best rose teas in the area so that was a deal for me. I then ordered the rose milk tea with basil seeds and fresh edible rose petals. I must admit she was right the tea was very tasty and had hints of rose flavoring and hints of jasmine”

“I just loved how cute this place was! Food was amazing as expected per the previous reviews here, staffs were friendly. I ordered French Benedict which is same as regular egg Benedict but with a croissant instead of a biscuit, it was one of the best Benedicts I've had. I also tried my friend's skillet, which was also very tasty. Portions were very generous, I had to walk around in the Allen outlet for a few hours after that! Lol I wish I lived closer so I can come here more often!”

“Counter-service bakery/coffee house. New building, indoor and outdoor seating area (although the outdoor area faces a very loud freeway). Lots of parking. Several self-service registers as well as a standard 'human' checkout. Coffee and tea is self-service (about four different varieties of each), bagels, muffins, some meals available. Location is clean and very serviceable. Food is average and nothing special. This works better than the nearby La Madeline's for an 'all you can drink' coffeehouse (more variety, more complementary, cleaner), although the quality of food, service, and beverages at Starbucks is better. Good for quick breakfast or a study session.”

“I love going to the Boardwalk. There is a great choice of cuisines; French, BBQ, burgers, and American. There was a seafood restaurant but it has gone out of business, but there is another one in Granite Park if I'm not mistaken. The area is clean, has plenty of seating. Great place for a relaxing date night. The only negative is that there's not shaded areas except for the outdoor seating of the various restaurants.”

“Eddie's is our go to breakfast restaurant. Fantastic savory dishes and usually wonderful service. I docked one star because they changed the menu and no longer offer cinnamon roll pancakes, even if requested. Such a bummer because it was my favorite dish and often the reason I went there over other places! If sweets are your thing, they really only have average Joe waffles and pancakes now. Still love their skillets and service and definitely worth checking out if your into savory dishes!”

“This place is not for everyone. The food was Singaporean and Chinese, very authentic and some of it was really spicy. Most of the clientele, all but 3 were oriental. It is a help your self kind of place, everyone got their own plates and table settings, everyone got their own drinks. I think we were the only people who were first timers everyone else knew the ropes. Only real down side was the A.C. could not keep up. Really had fun and food was great.”

“I think I might be addicted to this place. I stop in several times a week on my way to work. Quick and easy breakfast option that's easy to eat in the car for daredevils like myself. Staff is friendly and fast to get you in and out. Coffee is excellent as well. Highly recommend.”
