Very cold outside and when the door opened all that freezing air came in. Might want to consider adding on an additional entry to the front to correct that. Nice beer selection. Menu could use some work - needs more variety. And I can't believe I'm saying this but larger portions. My husband and I split nachos. Our small serving came without jalapenos.”

I had a few really good tacos ,but they have other items. Everthing looked fresh and smelled good . And hone made tortillas were good i will make it a regular stop .”

“Kalo Catering made our wedding as perfect as we imagined! Everything was set up perfectly on the day, and all food came out when it was supposed to. We have been getting so many comments about how amazing the food was, even two weeks after the wedding!!! Mary was so easy to work with and offered suggestions and worked with us on the menu to make it exactly what we wanted! George, the head chef gave us an awesome private tasting and specified how everything would come out on the day. We asked if he could do something for a late night snack and he came up with the idea to do donut holes and coffee. They came out piping hot and were a huge hit with our guests. Kalo will be who we recommend for anyone having a wedding in Texas!! They were incredible! Thanks Kalo for making our day even more special!!”

“The food has gradually gotten worse as it has been open longer. Burgers are often burnt or old/dry, and my honey butter chicken biscuit in the morning is always dry. Now I avoid it and drive to the Evans location, as it is (or was 7 years ago) a training store. I managed a WB for 4 years and a Sonic for 7, and I see a store that needs to better balance speed of service with freshness and correct cook times. The staff is always friendly, but rushed. It is difficult to find local employees, so I assume that is part of the problem.”

“My husband and I chose this restaurant to celebrate our anniversary and unfortunately it didn’t live up to the reviews. The beer selection is very poor (only 2 beers), the calamari was served without marinara sauce because they ran out, the shrimp bisque was barely warm and definitely not worth the $8 for a small cup. The fried shrimp were actually pretty small but they were butterflied to make them look bigger. They tasted good, but small portion for the price, and the red beans and rice that was served on the side wassweet, which is not the flavor we like when it comes to red beans and rice. The grilled chicken pasta was really good! All that being said, I wish I would have chosen another place for such a special occasion!”
