“Went last night for their opening day. Good but not great! This place is a little different. The meat is already precut and portioned out in warming trays. One of the things I really love about Terry Blacks, and others, is you get to see them cut your meat right in front of you (true BBQ experience). Maybe a little lack of presentation here. Also, no sandwich options which was a total bummer for my girlfriend. She loves a good sliced brisket sandwich! Also, drink options are very sparse. They have canned drinks, but no fountain drinks and no tea (which seems almost cruel). But the brisket was good, had a decent bark. Really enjoyed the sausage, probably more than the brisket. Sides were enjoyable, but they could use a few more options. Staff was incredibly friendly! We'll definitely be back because it's good and close to home.”

“Pretty decent Cajun food. I got the shrimp and sausage jambalaya. Overall, I liked it. I do, however, wish there was some hot sauce or spices to add to a dish. I couldn't find any on the tables or where the drinks were. Not that the flavor profile was bad or anything, I just personally could have enjoyed it a bit more if it had slightly more kick. Just a personal preference and observation. I do think I would go back and try other things on their menu as the food seemed tasty.”

Their medium 32oz is huge n reasonable price. I like the fact they asked you what cup do I want (plastic or foam) no extra charge. Foam is better to keep much cooler. Too bad this shop is no location in the west coast or Pacific Northwest area”
