“Canes is definitely my favorite fast food restaurant. Decided to go to this new location Friday night and I did not regret it. The employee I dealt with Yemny was very helpful and provided great customer service. Definitely will be back.”

“The inside of the establishment is nice and new. Food was ready before promised time, which was cool. Wings and ranch dressing (awesome!) were good but...the bleu cheese dressing (which I love) was just awful, it seemed absolutely watered down. Individual fries portion was a bit small. Also out of sweet tea.”

“First time eating from here and it was pretty good. Had the Chopped Beef Sandwich, smashed potatoes and green beans. The Sandwich was very good and so were the potatoes, the green beans would have been good but only one problem, they were very salty that I couldn't eat. Devil eggs very great and so was that Banana pudding. I'll be back again for sure!”

“This was by far and away the best taco bell experience I believe I've had in a long time. I know that's a small feat, but impressive enough to me to write a review about it. The items were very consistent. Lately at other locations, the quality has devolved... Check out my post about the one on Ft. Worth Ave... This was so refreshing. The food was a prefect size; not so big that it fell apart, but by no means small. Above average. And when asked for extra sauce, a decent amount was added, not just 1 or 2 (what the hell would I do with one extra sauce?!) so my hat is off to this location. Cheers to tonight's staff, well done. Drive thru workers had appropriate PPE and were very nice, quick and courteous.”

“Ordered the southwest chicken salad ???? at midnight on a Thursday. The salad was perfect. The baked chicken filet was huge and succulent. The vegetables were fresh and crispy. This was the best fast food salad I have ever had!”

“Today at Sonic was like no other. I pulled in, pretended to survey the menu. You and I both know...I know that menu backward and forwards. Regardless, it was the next part that left me really impressed. I proceeded to order, like usual. We were unable to hear one another...one more moment of silence...BAM! There she was...right in front of me. She says, "Sir I'm so sorry. I couldn't hear you and rather than Go back and forth I figured that I would just come right out to you, take your order face to face. "You should've see the look on my face. Wow! I do love Sonic, obviously, however....now, now I love Sonic even more. Turns out one person can make a difference.”

“This is a great taco shop. employees are awesome...friendly and helpful. Located in a strip mall near a vape shop and a fresh fruit smoothie store. The tacos are a dollar eighty five each and the meats are moist and delicious. Also good to try are the quesadillas. The cheese is fantastic, nice and gooey. Side sauces of green and red were both good, the red is hot and very tasty.”

“Had a craving and placed an order. The snow crabs were delicious and the flavor was great. I went easy on the spice since it was my first time there and next time I'll definitely spice it up. My potatoes were under cooked, but look, I really didn't need to eat it all anyway ???? glad I saved room for the lemon cake! Maybe next time I can have some self control and get a picture before I dig in. Yum!”

“My favorite place in Addison for some excellent Sushi and Sashimi. Good atmosphere and reminds me of my days in Japan. Discovered this a cpl of years ago and now is on my top 10 list in DFW. They also do other Japanese cuisine entrees and appetizers. Refreshing to find a place that's authentic Japanese.”

“Great place for family or a date night. Food was very fresh and had light flavors that worked well with heavier plates. Prices were in the mid range unless you got bigger plates. Stuff like lo mien, grilled teriyaki and Kong pow were like $8-$10. While the perking duck we ordered was $32. Specialties take longer to cook so ordering ahead of time and making a reservation is suggested. We dropped a penny dime, but on a regular night I'd say have at least $30 - $50 dollars for 2 people.”

“The food was good and fast! The Staff was great! I had the beef bowl special! My wife had spicy beef bowl! We also had shrimp rolls and Vietnamese egg rolls! I especially like the ice coffee! But I have to have lots of sweet milk since I do not like the taste of coffee! Our waiter did a great job of making sure I was able to get just the right flavor!”

She’s getting a great tip! We will definitely be back! Keep up the good work, guys!”

“Always a great dining experience. Reliably fresh and delicious seafood. Nice servers and overall good service. Good Cocktails. Owners are very gracious. Atmosphere is perfect for a nice dinner, where conversation can be heard. They’ve been around a long time, and just keep getting better. If you go at peak dining times, reservations are a good idea.”

“I very recently moved to Dallas from Minnesota and was looking for a good hookah place. I found it! I was there around 5pm this evening and the place was dead (as to be expected as it stays open until 4:00 am) which was perfect because I had a LONG day at work so I was hoping for less of a crowd. The staff was nice and very attentive. Great music music And their OAKSTAILS, cabbage and rice w/peas is a MUST!! I will most definitely be back to experience their night life. I’m so happy I found this place. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ????????”

“Always a pleasure when I go here. I’ve been here over 10x and will continue to return. Visited last week, since everything is reopening. It wasn’t packed at all. The staff was very pleasant. They wore gloves and masks. The menus are paper. The food was delicious, but after drinking at home for the past 2 months, the drinks were watery in my taste. But nonetheless, I would return.”

“Excellent food. We went twice on our trip to DFW and enjoyed it both times. The cheese fries were some of the best I've had anywhere. The bangers and mash was excellent as was the beef and mushroom pie. The waitstaff was good and the vibe at the place was really cool.”

“Food was good! It's been a long while since I've been to a Chipotle and I wanted to try out their new Lifestyle Vegan Bowl. Unfortunately the gal behind the counter had no clue as to what went in one. I had to look it up on their own website and show it to them. They were very apologetic and nice about it so I'll go back but what's up with that? I recommend Chipotle to my plant-based clientele and hope they have a better experience.”

“We were fortunate enough to be able to try this place out during their soft opening. The first thing we noticed was the level of safety that was being observed while we are still highly concerned with COVID-19 - all employees in face masks, social distancing between tables, visibly sanitizing everything. We were seated and almost immediately the very knowledgeable and talented sommelier was with us to help us select a wine, which was a great choice for our palettes. We shared the crab and Texas oroblanco salad (tart and refreshing), and the fried squash blossoms (100% comfort food perfection). He ordered the pork chop and loved it, especially the quality of the well-marbled meat. For me it was the coconut caramel pork dumplings and they were the perfect blend of savory and acidic, and I will absolutely order this again. I’m extremely lactose-intolerant, and the entire dinner, our excellent server, Michelle, communicated with the very talented kitchen to make sure this was accommodated, which I’m super thankful for. Because of this, we rounded out the evening with a sampling of three of the sorbets (mango kafir lime, beet raspberry, and strawberry lemongrass), which were divine. It’s rare and a special treat when I can actually enjoy dessert out like that. The manager, Trudy, came by to see how everything was, and was an absolute pleasure to speak with. The entire experience leads me to believe that this new location will take care of their employees, their diners, and their neighborhood with the highest level of respect and care. We’re glad to have them in the neighborhood!”

“Had the vegeterian sausage at one of their regular appearances at the Cidercade in the Bishop Arts District! Easily the best vegan sausage substitute I've ever had since I've gone vegeterian! Loved that even a meat heavy place has a plant based entree, sausage is one of the things I miss the most and Just Encased gave that to me.”

“I am editing my review to 4 stars. As my previous review states, "the burgers are good and the prices are decent." Story stays true. Furthermore, my experience with staff has been nothing but positive. I live nearby and their response to the city lock down and still providing good eats is commendable. I appreciate the food culture the West End is trying to create. However, my rating is only as such because of the experience I had in my previous edit. Review from 3 months prior: I really like this place and I would have rated it 5 stars if it wasn't for the visit I last had. Extremely, extremely rude service by the lady that took our order. She pretty much berated us on an issue that was very minor with our order. It totally killed the vibe our visit and was sort of embarrassing as I had hyped this place up so much with my friends that were visiting. If/when I come back and she is working, I will turn around and leave. Burgers are good and prices decent.”
