“Such incredible customer service! There's a lady that works around lunchtime named Lori that always makes everyone feel at home. The nicest lady ever! Always asking to get you anything, refill your drink or clean your table. Once I got up to go get an ice cream cone that I had paid for but waited until I was finished to get, and she stopped me from getting up so she could go get it. It's like being welcomed into her home!! Love this location.”

“They have new coffee machines and a new manager who is awesome! The machines grind and brew your coffee on the spot. The manager and most of the morning staff are on top of things. Plus they put a CUTX ATM and now I can withdraw for free. Love coming here!”

“-The Food was good. -The dining area was freezing cold (had to be around 55 degrees in there). -Service was slow, so I had to change my order to take out, and they did not do my wings as 'drums only' as I asked. -Staff was busy...busy looking at their phones. -Update: 2/21/19: -Dining area was comfortable, not freezing cold like my last cold-day visit. -Did my order online. APP has improved...can now specify 'all drums'. -Order was correct, and food was good. Bumping up my rating a notch.”

No signs even to tell you to order at register. We took assumptions about how and where to order. We had very little interaction with staff so cannot say bad or good about them.”

“Our very first Texas BBQ, we had the brisket with Cole slaw and fries. Everything was perfect, including the price. Loved the warm smoked BBQ sauce (first time). The young woman at the counter was extra friendly and helpful, she even recommended Grandma's Italian Cream Cake, which was amazing. We will definitely stop by on our way back to the airport, before we leave.”

“Salsa was good. Chips were warm and crispy. Beer ice cold. Tortilla soup was very hot, perfect for the weather. Daughter got the Combination burrito #10 and said it was delicious. The man got #16 and finished before the rest of us so I assume it was tasty. Great prices and the food was great. We will be back!”

“We causal atmosphere. We order food to go and it was ready when we got there. I gotta say the food was excellent. Homemade Alfredo and tasted like homemade pasta. The desserts were incredible.... well the Cannelloni was. We all ordered three different meals and everyone raves about theirs. I had chicken Alfredo and my other friend had chicken Parmesan.”
