“I can only give it four stars because something is ALWAYS missing from my order. TWO times, I caught the mistake before leaving. This time, however, I had my kids with me so we just took the order home only to find we were missing kolaches and one of the donuts we ordered was wrong. I ordered lemon and was given Bavarian filled (which I don't like). The donuts ARE good which is why we keep giving them chances, but I think we will look for another place.”

I did have an issue with the girl who checked us out bc she was not very knowledgeable about anything. She had me and my brother believe our sandwiches came in different sizes. Kinda disappointed we didn't get the size we asked for. And we thought we order 2 extra broccoli cheese soup but she didn't ring it up. But the managers there Ty and Josh.Explained everything and was willing to make us a bigger sandwich and gave us our 2 soups on the house for her mistake. Very friendly, polite, busy all together awesome gentleman! I will be returning to this spot.”

“I found Boulevard Bagel rather by accident, but what a happy accident. I had a bagel with cream cheese, and a coffee. Their coffee machine is surprisingly good, you can choose between regular and decaf and even iced. I went with the dark roast coffee and it was outstanding. The bagel was tasty and toasted well. The inside of the shop is clean, they have outlets at each table and they have USB ports.”

“Love this place. Good food. A couple of complaints. They have tables in the middle and booths on the side. I now ask for booth because the tables are so high that one could just rack the food off in your mouth. Not good. The pies are not good. The coconut cream pie is flavorless. The chocolate pie has 2 inches of whipped cream, 3/4 inch of chocolate, and a thick hard crust. If you scraped out the chocolate there would be a couple of spoonfuls. Other food is great, just not good desserts. The rolls are excellent, but small, and costs for refills. In spite of all the negatives you should go there.”

“We ordered a custom cake for a 9 year old’s birthday party. David sat down with us and patiently took down notes on what we wanted, and came up with a design we all loved. The samples were all very good and it was hard to choose a flavor. Cake was ready on time and was much bigger than what we expected. Everyone at the party loved it, and we froze the leftover piece on David’s suggestion. We still take some of it out from time to time as a weekend treat. The creme brule filling is unlike any other and the cake layers are very soft too. It definitely feels like premium ingredients and a lot of love and care went in preparing it. We will no doubt order cakes for further special occasions from them”
