“Great food (think seafood/Tex-Mex style finger foods/appetizers) delicious drink specials and friendly bar staff. I only wish that the menu had more options and less pricey but a wise man once said that you should “know your worth, then add tax” And it was quite worth the price tag. If this is your first visit, I highly recommend the killer nachos or either the burrito. You really get a bang for your buck with whichever meal you choose. They are very filling. The homemade green salsa that comes with the burrito is unforgettable. So many different flavors attack your pallet. And they do have gumbo certain days of the week that will have you asking yourself if you really even like your own mamas homemade gumbo. I love that they are finally adding some nightlife to the area. I am positive that we will return for a visit again soon.”

“I personally didn't go to the store to see how the service was, but I placed my order through postmates. I love their salad bowls, and there wasn't an option on postmates to add extra lettuce. So, I gave the restaurant a call. The lady who answered the phone was nice, I told her my situation and she gladly helped with my order. The food arrived, and it was delicious ? I will have to visit the store next time, but it's finally a Chipotle that is 5 mins away from my home. I'm satisfied. Thank you!”

Having lived in Pakistan and had real rolls there, and having been in Houston 9 years now, this is the closest I have had to an authentic chicken roll. Garlic Mayo roll tastes exactly like Hot & Spicy in Karachi. The chicken Chutney roll is exactly like the chicken chutni roll at A1 in Karachi, defense phase II. If you know what the rolls taste like in Pakistan and you wants that taste in Houston, this is where you need to go. Truly brings back memories of sitting in Parking lots back home enjoying delicious rolls. Absolutely amazing food and worth the 40 min drive. Can't wait for them to come to Katy.”

“I’ve been to at least 15 different tea house around Houston area and this is the best so far. The tea was perfectly sweetened (not too sweet or not enough) and the flavor of the tea is great. Would definitely come back and recommend the place to other friends. It also has a verity selection of sweets and desserts so it’s also a great place for after meal grubs. “In a sea of ever-growing hot chicken spots in Houston, Howdy Hot Chicken stands out! I visited on a whim for lunch and was greeted with a resounding "Howdy" from the staff. The "heat-o-meter" guide was helpful with making my selection. I like a little spice and opted for the "Heat up - Medium" and a side of macaroni. If you like a little heat, this was the perfect choice. It was spicy enough to make my tastebuds sweat but not beg for mercy. The sweet and crunchy slaw was welcome relief just when your taste buds thought they couldn't handle anymore. I applaud anyone who can take on the "Have Mercy -Hot" sammie. The macaroni even had a hint of heat to it, with thick cheese and Howdy seasoning, this is true Texas mac, the kind you can hear! Even the bun was airy yet flavorful, made with real ingredients. While fairly easy to navigate, the menu encompassed all I wanted from a hot-chicken spot. Definately a must visit if you are in the Sugarland area!”

“This was a great surprise to find them in our area. The lemon pepper wings great - Oreo shake great. What’s not great is their menu online. Totally outdated. Everything I originally ordered when I got there they did not have. Tried a second time - kept it simple chicken sandwich. Was told well yeah menu not correct but we can take a chicken breast place it on our burger and then charge YOU more. Seriously? Not impressed with how they care for their customers when we try to support small businesses. Do your part - update the menu and when YOU can’t offer what YOU have advertised make amends and don’t put that on the customers. Hope it gets better.”
