Sapori

Address: 7611 Stewart Rd, Galveston, TX 77551, USA

Restaurant

“I find this establishment amazing. The inside is quaint and has a mellow feel. The staff are super kind and helpful. The food is unbelievably delicious. The sauce I had was rich and thick, yet smooth like silk. The bread was warm and crispy on the edges. The asparagus I had was soft and crispy, cooked to perfection. If you have not been here, your missing out. This is a fantastic place.”

Wingstop

“Food was great, I ordered it online for pick up. It was weird that the hispanic or latina cashier lady checked my ID and my credit card though, I've been there before and never had any issues with someone thinking I wasn't me.”

Jimmy's on the Pier

Address: 9001 Seawall Blvd, Galveston, TX 77554, USA

Restaurant

“Best of both worlds here, food & fishing ! Restaurant is small not to big. Food is great! The views are spectacular, sits upstairs from gift shop over the water. You can dine inside or out in small deck. You can watch people fish & the waves crash. if you eat at restaurant you can get a free pass to walk on pier. Fishing on pier is $12 till 5am is what I understood. You can fish all night long. Pier is well lit and wide so your not crowded.”

Cafe in the Park

Address: 7 Hope Blvd, Galveston, TX 77554, USA

Restaurant

“Quite possibly my favorite burger I've had and I got it twice just to make sure. Both times checked out! Other than that staff was super nice, food was in a reasonable time frame and the atmosphere is definitely nice. Nice casual place to have a good lunch/dinner!”

Shearn's

Address: 7 Hope Blvd, Galveston, TX 77554, USA

Restaurant

“The most unequivocally 3-star restaurant I’ve ever visited. All style, no substance. Not necessarily a bad thing, just know what you’re going for. They present a luxury restaurant experience, for sure: tasteful decor, if a little over the top in some places; well-trained staff; good wine list; nice views. But the food is quite uninspired. Not bad, just a little boring. Amuse bouche crostini had some nice spice to it, but tasted like salsa on a bagel chip. Manhattan was way too heavy on the bitters. Parmesan “crisp” on the Caesar salad was anything but crispy. Sauce on the filet was flavorless. But the basics are there, and the service was very good. I wouldn’t mind going back, but I certainly wouldn’t go out of my way to do so.”

The Oaks Bar, Grill and Campground

Address: 12410 Stewart Rd, Galveston, TX 77554, USA

Night club Restaurant

“Great place to get outside and watch the sunset while having a drink. Lots of games. Enclosed shower with hot water for campers. Awesome event area. Events they plan here are super fun. Food trucks certain days.”

Number 13 Prime Steak and Seafood

Address: 7809 Broadway St, Galveston, TX 77554, USA

Restaurant

“My wife and I dined in for Restaurant week last weekend. The staff was incredible. Our waiter was very personable and engaging. The manager came by twice to check on us as well. They treated us like royalty. The food was good. The pork chop my wife has was a little too salty, otherwise I would have given this place 5 stars. I never give 5 stars unless the experience was perfect. This still ranks a strong "four".”

Boyd's Cajun Grill Express

Address: 227 Dike Rd, Texas City, TX 77590, USA

“Best crawfish and prices around!! Their seasonings are amazing! I drive over 30 minutes just to get them. No inside dining but they have tables outdoors. On a beautiful day grab a few pounds and relax and eat then on the Dike.”

Downtown Bar & Grill

Address: 7855, 513 6th St N, Texas City, TX 77590, USA

“Food, once we were served, had good flavor but took nearly half an hour. The fries came twenty minutes after the sandwich, which I'd finished. Maybe the lunch crew is better; the night staff seemed very nonchalant.”

Wrice BBQ

Address: 601 6th St N, Texas City, TX 77590, USA

“Friendly service and the rib dinner was delicious. I highly recommend the potato salad as it is some of the best I've eaten. It is nice to see downtown Texas City thriving!!”

Hey Mikey's Ice Cream

Address: 613 6th St N, Texas City, TX 77590, USA

Restaurant

“This was one of the best Ice Cream places, if not, the best one I've ever been to, with its creative, sweet, flavors. The service there was the main reason why this was such an amazing place. The woman attending us, Tasha (I think I spelled it wrong) was especially kind. Great place! I recommend it for anyone who is in the mood for Ice Cream.”

Bronco Burritos Texas City

Address: 718 6th St N, Texas City, TX 77590, USA

Restaurant

“The people are absolutely some of the sweetest people. The food is fantastic. I love taking my daughter. She LOVES their breakfast burritos. Prices are fair as well.”

Rigos Cafe

Address: 6304, 902 6th St N, Texas City, TX 77590, USA

Restaurant

“Very good menu! Great service ! Would have given 5 stars had not my wife's pork chops been real chops with a small bone! These we're pork steaks instead & were nothing but battered bone! Very deceptive! Spoke to the waitress & she said that is what the owner says & she wasn't going to tell him! My meal was really good but my wife had to cut around large bones to get any meat off them! A little pricey for lunch special with that in mind!”

Tasty Treats & Eats

Address: 301 Dike Rd, Texas City, TX 77590, USA

“Very disappointed we just left from here and I ordered nachos and I got some chips with shredded cheese that they tried melting in the microwave! Oh but they did a fantastic job on that banana split funnel cake”

Terraza Mexican Bar & Grill

Address: 814 9th Ave N, Texas City, TX 77590, USA

“Food was good. I liked the green sauce and my husband and I shared a fajita platter. It was delicious. Plenty for both of us and we got so much meat.”

Taqueria La Hacienda

Address: 1139 Texas Ave, Texas City, TX 77590, USA

Restaurant

“I was skeptical, truthfully speaking, going in to this place. However, I am pleased to say I was definitely proven wrong. The atmosphere, while not much to look at on the outside, has a very strong nostalgic and homey vibe. I ordered a breakfast burrito and was not disappointed. There tortillas were honestly the best i've had in the city. Good service, and a cute little 7 year old selling jewelry with the saleswoman personality of a millionaire made this a very pleasurable experience. Check this place out!”

Nopalera Grill

Restaurant

“My review is strictly on their take out. Me and my work colleagues order lunch here weekly... Love this place! Great food! Really nice people! At a great price!”

Bayou Bistro and Bar

“Really good food at a reasonable price. It's not fancy. It has outside seating on a nice patio.”

Smokin' Z's BBQ

Address: 3115 Hwy 6, Hitchcock, TX 77563, USA

Restaurant

“Hands down, Smokin' Z's Sausage is legit! The brisket was real good and the ribs were sweet, tender, moist and good as well. To accompany that, the jalapeno cream corn and mac and cheese was fantastic! If you're headed to Galveston make sure to stop in, Smokin' Z's will not disappoint.”

Baja Cantina

Address: 3145 Hwy 6, Hitchcock, TX 77563, USA

Restaurant

“Good service and food...but the drink prices are ridiculous. $11 for a mediocre margarita in a small mason jar is ridiculous. 2 orders of seafood enchiladas and drinks $70. I couldn't believe it when I got my ticket.”

slappy's

Address: 1301 Harborwalk Blvd, Hitchcock, TX 77563, USA

Restaurant

“Great place to stop for food when out on the boat”

Louis' Bait Camp Inc. RESTAURANT

Address: 3510 Hwy 6, Hitchcock, TX 77563, USA

Restaurant

“I grew up in Bayou Vista so as kids and even today these parts of the bay are our stomping grounds. We used to hang at louis' and do odd jobs for Ms. Betty earning ourselves games of pool, arcade video games, burgers & beers (root beer back in the day) what a blast. Summers never seemed to end way. back when. Today even after 2 hurricanes the place is pretty much the same (sans rv park and hotel) it's cozy, the folks are friendly, there isn't a stranger in the place The food is5 star chef level these days but still hard to convince a date that in spite of the term "bait camp" this kitchen is for sure one of the top 5 in the county for best steak dinner!”
