Got my replacement pizza yesterday, to my surprise, I can honestly say service has exceeded their criteria! Next time I order, I expect they'll continue to keep up the good work!
Unreliable place to order when Ray is shift manager! He claim he'll give you a free order on another date!
It's okay, but personally I pefer to either make my own pizza or just buy frozen pizza and heat it up. Between Pizza Hut, Little Ceasars, and this I'd say they are all equal in quality greasy pizza, but Digorno and Red Baron have the better taste and size, not to mention they give you more size for your payment.
I would like to compliment the front cashier (Jane) at 9718 Hillcroft Houston, TX 77096. She had outstanding customer service skills and was very friendly. If she hasn't received one, she definitely deserves a reward, salary raise or bonus of some sort.
I get all of my pizzas from this location! I’ve never been disappointed in my orders. They have always been exactly what I ordered and their delivery drivers are always very friendly. If I happen to be out and decide to stop and pick one up they always bring it out to my car when it’s done. Great Pizza place!
Unfortunately I have to state that due to a very bad experience with the general manager at this location I will no longer ever do business with Papa John’s again! The corporate office is just as bad as the local retailer as well. I called the corporate office to voice my dissatisfaction. The corporate office has a standing policy that a returned phone call will be made within 24-48 hours. After calling and having it escalated FOUR times due to NOBODY ever contacting me I finally gave up on reaching a resolve. I was informed by a employee that the general manager is really good friends with the district manager and that’s probably why nothing was ever done. Anyway, I’m done with this pizza place. They obviously have deep rooted issues that trickle down from the corporate office as we’ve seen on the news in months passed. VERY disappointed!
I added two more stars because the manager called me after I complained. He was very professional and helpful. He apologized and promised to “fix” the problem!
I will give them another chance to get it right!

Rudest phone service! Left on hold forever then they hung up on me! I called back they answered the phone asking me to hold again.
Said I didn’t want to hold because I was hung up on! No sorry just put me on hold anyway!
