“Update: I had to come change my review. Things have really turned around at this location. The difference is astonishing. Timely orders, and old school coffee shop customer service is back! Kudos to this team. I’m so bummed that this is my local Starbucks. Today, I walked out for the second time in a month after waiting for my mobile order of ONE hot brewed coffee for more than a reasonable amount of time. I’m disappointed by the standards kept at this location time and time again, but I keep going there. There aren’t any other locations close to me! So unfortunate.. Well there goes another $3 donation to Starbucks bottom line. Guess I’ll start my workday off groggy.”

“So today was my first day in a long time to head downtown to work from the office. I entered the building expecting my order to be ready and then realized I had sent my order to a different downtown location. I immediately thought "What a bummer"! I would now have to walk about 5 extra blocks in the cold rain. But they immediately told me not to worry and offered to contact the other store to explain what happened. The staff of 3 quickly made my order...with smiles on their faces! Thank y'all so much! Your staff at the Enterprise building is amazing!!”

“I'm a regular here & have never had problems at this location, everyone is always on point. Then yesterday came along. I placed a mobile order so when I walked in, I didn't get acknowledged or greeted how it usually goes. I look at the little set up where all the mobile orders go & I didn't see my drink ready. I wait to the side patiently because I see a barista working on my drink. When she is finally done, she asks if we (there was one other person in there with me) had mobile orders I let her know that I did & told her my name, she gives me my drink. When I'm walking away almost out of the door she states, while serving the next person " I'm not a mind reader " I turned around & asked her for her name & with attitude she says Regina. Regina, I know that you are not a mind reader, but I did give you time to finish my drink before I said anything. Your sarcasm was not needed so early in the morning for me, especially before I have had my coffee. I hope management can speak to you regarding your attitude. It is not needed whatsoever. I hope my next visit goes a lot smoother & way better than the service that was given to me Saturday morning.”

“I always come around the corner to wash and when I finally saw this place was open I walked over to this place. It is so beautifully decorated! It was so cozy and bright, I love the aesthetic! I ordered the chocolate croissant and Mocha frappe which I was so excited about because I could not find a place with good frappes! Well I finally found the place! The croissant and frappe was so delicious! I saw that they also have foods and specials of the day, I am definitely coming back to try out some food. It was beautiful and I hope to see them soon!”
