“I was curious as to what this place was so I stopped in to check it out. It's a dessert place. They sell ice cream and these great little creative cookie things. I tried the muffin top variety. It was delicious. A single cookie cost about 4 dollars and 50 cent. The service was good too. My order was ready quickly.”

“I just tried this place for the first time and it was delicious. The California burrito with the fries inside was good. I tried to finish the burritos. I definitely recommend trying this place. Next time I’d like to try the carne asada fries. Shout out to burrito district because the owner is from family and I like to represent. Thank you for bringing my home to Texas. 🤙🏽”

“Maybe we just had a bad batch, but this was wayyyy too salty. Love the spice levels. Love the extra pickles. Love the slaw. Love the buns and sauce. You get a large portion size for the price. They have Barq’s root beer on tap. But I just can’t get over the salt level. I’m sure my blood pressure went up a few points after our meal.”

“Wow my Voodoo egg rolls squirted on me. The fish was fresh well seasoned and fried to perfection although I would have loved it fried harder, cuz I like things hard but juicy. I also ordered the hot honey wings, the breading, the crust, the perfection on the frying of these winds was out of this world. The flavor of the hot honey was like no other it was sticky wet succulent and to die for. I did three orders for a total of $40 which is not bad I bought two plates from another black owned business I won't say any names and it came to 67 dollars. I will be back to kel's kitchen to try the gumbo and some other menu items. Keep up the good work customer service was Divine”

“The appetizers (Wings&DuckRoti) and Thai Tea were mouthwatering. Definitely the best part of the meal. The main dishes were good because of the portion and they prepared it at the spice level we like. Extra Hot 🥵 thank you 🙏. However, the flavor in the appetizers were more memorable. The atmosphere was nothing fancy or unique but well maintained and clean.”

“We've been dining at Tavo's quite a bit lately, not only for its convenient location, but also for its good food and terrific service. I have been really enjoying their Street Tacos, both chicken and beef, very much. The fajita meat is cooked perfectly with just the right seasonings. The sides are also prepared very well. We also like their chips and salsas, especially the green one. Our servers have been spot on at every visit. Their friendliness and promptness makes for an enjoyable experience. Tavo's is also very clean and seems to be run very well. On one of our visits, the owner was there and he was very friendly. We will continue to dine at Tavo's when we are in the mood for good Mexican food.”

“Hidden gem! Visiting family in the Spring area and they recommended this new food truck spot. Antojitos Del Mar has delicious and fresh seafood. I had the Coctel de Camarón and the Tostadas de Ceviche and they were both great! Had a sweet tooth and they happened to serve my favorite dessert which was Fresas con Crema. Definitely satisfied my cravings. Highly recommend!!!”

“Everything was delicious, plentiful, refreshing, and satiating! We got a bahn mi, chicken tenders, pork spring rolls, beef with rice, and gogi fries❤️ (my favorite). We enjoyed all our dishes! The Boba and drinks were perfect! We tried the mango coconut, matcha green tea with passion fruit, taro with coconut smoothie and another as a tea, and a taro with banana and lychee jelly. I definitely recommend you try "Spring Bahn Mi" (sign outside store) aka "Bahn Mi Eatery" (label for restaurant on Google Maps). Excellent location, very well kept, and clean.”

“New spot in the area. We tried it. The menu was a bit confusing. We ordered 3 different corn dogs. We ordered 1 classic, 4-2 hands and the one with the potato all around it. They were all okay. We probably won't be going back, but we wanted to give it a try. It's an acquired taste. The price comes with a half meat/half cheese filling. You pay extra if you just want all beef, spicy beef, vegan and another option that I can't remember. They had a steady stream of customers, so apparently a lot of people like them. They also offer slush like drinks. We ordered the Pineapple slush and the lemonade slush. Those were pretty good. To complete our order, we got some tater tots that came with hot cheetos and a drizzle of their special "two hand" sauce, I believe.”

“My girlfriend and I were looking to spend our valentines night together and enjoy some Chinese cuisine. When we arrived, we were swiftly greeted and were able to sit wherever we would like. The service was pretty good, took our order quickly and checked on us routinely to make sure everything was alright. The waitress was doing multiple things by herself while the hostess was sitting down at a table eating while the waitress was crying in front of us because of the stress. Our appetizer (the cheese puffs) took 20 minutes to come to the table, but after we got the cheese puffs our main courses shortly followed. I ordered a small wonton soup, and it was decent. The cheese puffs were exceptionally good, and my girlfriend’s sesame chicken was awesome. Her lo-mein she got on the side on the other hand tasted burnt with little to no flavor, it was so gross she barely touched it. I ordered the kung pao chicken (don’t order this) and it came with 90% vegetables and 10% chicken, and the chicken was so tiny I had to eat 3 pieces at a time and before I knew it I finished my plate, the taste was really good though. My fried rice on the side tasted like air, I didn’t order white rice, I ordered fried rice. After we had finished our meal, the hostess came by and gave us a Valentine’s Day gift (which was really sweet of her) All in all, 888 Chinese Restaurant was an okay experience, nothing to write home about and nothing to make you want to barf. Hopefully that waitress(I didn’t get her name) has a good rest of her night because we felt awful. IF YOU ORDER HERE, ORDER TAKEOUT, NOT DINE-IN.”

“Danny Danny Danny! What can I say?! He is an amazing Mixologist! I never know what I want to drink when I arrive but somehow he always seems to curate exactly what I need! He has such a creative mind and ensures that whatever he serves is balanced and delectable. Add in the ambiance and low lighting and this is the BEST place for cocktails in the Woodlands area! Cheers🍸”

“Came by for lunch after checking out their Facebook page. A bit disappointed that their burgers do not look anything like the images on their page. However, the patty did have flavor even if they didn't look scratch made and the potato wedges were good. I'll be back to try their traditional dishes. I do love me a good samosa!”

“Was sad to see the previous restaurant leave this location but it was filled with something better! Tried three different tacos on my first visit and all three are five stars. It was mostly breakfast fillings to choose from but I had no problem choosing. Their flour tortillas are some of the best I’ve had. If you’re are fan of creamy jalapeño sauce, make sure to get extra. Good heat and perfect texture. Very welcoming staff and the ambiance is fresh. Good music playing but not too loud with I like. Looking forward to trying them for lunch tacos!”

“You need to come out and try this place. I had the fajita tacos, and they were awesome! Meat was cooked well, and salsas were delicious! They had just the right amount of flavor, and they were not too spicy. Do yourself a favor and go by. They also have Mexican cokes!”
