“This was our first time at this location since it's very close to home. However, felt it was a bit over priced. Wish there were family options, because we weren't planning on spending $70.00, but today we were a family of five would have only been $7.00 cheaper without my niece. The portion sizes were great; however, wasn't expecting that cost. I appreciate the fact that we were greeted upon our arrival, but after placing our order we had to ask for silverware several times as one young lady assumed that the other had brought those items to us. Nothing to be upset about, but something to tweak.”

The Zax sauce is really good, but you'll pay for extras. They have an all-in-one soda machine like you see in many places these days with the touch screen. “Quiet place as we went at 130pm and sat in the bar area. You have a choice of sitting at tables with chairs or high bar chairs and tables or at Booth seating, so plenty of choices . This is a casual dining experience. You can order off the menu or through their digital menu on the table. The prices are quite high but if you stick to the traditional Burgers , which are just fine, you'll end up in the $9 range instead of the $14 range. If you have a gluten-free bun it is an extra dollar fifty. It was actually a good sized bun for being gluten-free and tasted very good with the burger. If you don't want a bun they will wrap any Burger you choose with lettuce. You do get bottomless fries, salad or broccoli if you would like. The french fries are slightly crisp on the outside and very soft in the middle so if you like that sort of thing, great. I like my chips more crispy so I tried to just get the ones that were a little more well done. Soft drinks are very expensive at 2.99 each, they are bottomless but unless you drink a lot of pop it's not worth it. The staff was very helpful and maybe hovered a bit much but that's never really a bad thing. I did have to go and find somebody to get some salt as it was not on the table. An overall good experience for me and no sign of the Cindy curse.”

“Will be back for more. Stopped in for the first time. Menu options looked good. Multiple chicken salad "flavors" plus soups, salads, sandwiches, treats and more. The wife really enjoyed the Olivia's Old South Classic Salad. I had the baked potato soup and a side salad. Both were very good. Restaurant was clean too. Nice having more healthy, gluten-free, low/no carb options nearby. I hope this place stats open.”

Inspecting meals for 4 in the drive thru lane isn't convenient nor would the person behind me appreciate it. That being the case double checking my order BEFORE bagging it would be nice, especially with all the signs about how many different ways there are to order a Whataburger. I'm not even sure how this happens so consistently as 1. I place my order for 4 2. my order is repeated to me at the speaker 3. my order is AGAIN repeated to me as they accept my payment then 4. my order is AGAIN repeated as they hand me my food. Maybe less repeating of my order to ME and more repeating of my order at the MAKE TABLE and the BAGGING STATION would help. Anyway, I don't think it's blatant negligence but it's VERY ANNOYING that it literally happens EVERY TIME WITHOUT FAIL. I will continue to eat here as it's Whataburger so it's automatically delicious and because it's the closest location to my home. Hopefully I'll be the recipient of more accurate order checking in the future. If so I'll rate higher.”

“Every seems to walk around like they don’t know what they are doing for the most part. It’s like they have a new people in their store every time I go. Minimal customer is fine until you get my coffee wrong. What pushed me over the edge to give them a 1 star is that I ordered my coffee prior to getting to the store. Google says they are open at 5 and on their door they said they were open at 6. I got to the door at 6:22 and it was locked. After 2 mins of knocking on the door, an older lady opens the door confused as to why I’m knocking on the door. I told her I had a mobile order. She said I have your cup here ready but the espresso machine isn’t warmed up yet. Thinking they opened at 6, I figured she was running behind. After about 10 mins, she was still consistently saying that she doesn’t know why the espresso machine water was not getting hot so I left. I understand if someone called in and your running behind but she was by herself and she didn’t look like she knew what she was doing. I was just annoyed by the fact that they were open and not ready to serve their customers. UPDATE: The manager has since rectified the situation and I definitely appreciate it. Also, the employee that made my coffee made it delicious which made my day!”

“There are no cushioned seating in this TB. The tables & floors were food covered, I had to brush off half of my table to use it. It was 8 pm so we were there just after dinner rush. There was only one flavor of taco sauce in the building. The employees admitted they aren't getting shipments of product like TB sauce packets. Upside is that what I ordered was good but our Nacho Fries were cold, short & sparse. The Nacho cheese dip was very hot, weird mix.”
