A Happy Easter it was today! My family attended the Easter Buffet and the food was excellent! A great variety of choices, too. The staff was friendly and very attentive to everyone. We will definitely visit again. Thank you Chef David, Mike, Libby and everyone for a wonderful experience!

Wednesday-Prime Rib night is not to be missed! Reserve on Open Table and note prime rib for your reservation. Ours was so delicious, perfectly cooked, medium-rare, as we requested. It was served with a hearty salad (delicious!), and came with a choice of asparagus or mixed vegetables and mashed potatoes. The creamy horseradish sauce was to die for! Kudos to the whole team for making us feel welcome. Our server Kirby was great!
Also a shout out to Skye who served a table of eight for NYE without missing a beat!

My wife and I dined at this restaurant for the first time recently. We were greeted immediately, seated, and the server arrived at our table promptly. The ambiance of this restaurant was very simple but elegant. We noticed immediately how quiet the restaurant was which was a very nice change for other noisey restaurants we have visited. We could actually carry-on a converstation. The server Payton was very professional and friendly. She smiled a lot and made us feel welcome. A definite asset to the organization. She described the "specials" for the day and recommended beverages. I must say the white sangria with peach was delicious. As an appetizer to share we ordered the Stuffed Mushrooms with Mac n' Cheese. The serving size was ample for two persons. I must say that this dish was outstanding. My wife and I devoured this appetizer. A photo is shown below. For entree's I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak which was accompanied with white gravy, mashed potatoes, and mixed veggies. The steak was tender and breaded very nicely. As a Texan I know Chicken Fried Steak and this one was very good. My wife had the special Red Fish with Crab Topping. She devoured it but did allow me to have a taste. I agree that it was excellent. Overall my wife and I were very pleased and satisfied with our first visit as the service and food exceeded our expectations. I can safely recommend this eating establishment. We will definitely return soon. As an update we did return. We were hoping that our first dining experience would be a repeat. As an appetizer we had the Stuffed Mushrooms & Mac n Cheese. It was great. My wife ordered the Crusted Parmesan Trout (photo below). She loved this dish and told me "this is the very best trout she has ever eaten". The trout also came with Lemon Rice which was very unusual and was a nice side to the trout. As a "creature of habit" I once again had the Chicken Fried Steak and I was not disappointed. It was so tender that I cut it with my fork. Our server, Justin, did a great job. He was very attentive and responded quickly to our requests. Overall another nice dining experience. EDIT: Update, during another visit my wife ordered the stuffed chicken and absolutely loved it. As an appetizer she once again had the stuffed mushrooms which did not disappoint. I ordered the Chicken Wings appetizer and did not like them at all. They were drenched in a barbecue sauce that was not flavorful at all. For an entree I had the Crab Cake. It was served fried with a side of shrimp/corn succotash. It did not like the Crab Cake as it was fried with a heavy breading. Authentic Crab Cakes are normally pan seared with no breading. In summary this dining experience was a dud for me but my wife was happy.
