“This place has taken over the old Earth Burger. They've renovated the inside and it looks awesome! Super cool vibes. I ordered the bbq chicken croissant. Service was great and got my sandwich quick. It was super tasty and the price was right. Will definitely be back.”

“Its a hidden gem in the premium outlets food court, they gave free samples by even asking which feels great. Food is awesome and portion size is great too. Price is quite reasonable. It is like an enhanced version of panda express with more options to choose from.”

“Great burgers! Almost have a homemade feel to them. Great taste and you get a lot of burger. Very convenient, I ordered while I was pumping diesel and picked up the food after I was done fueling. Guy running it seems like an honest guy too.”

“My first time coming here was on New Year’s Day because they were one of the only places that were open a little bit later. I came across this place because I was going to the car wash next-door and I saw that this place was open and I hadn’t heard about it. So I decided to bring my friends for a nice New Year’s dinner. Let’s just say my friends and I were super impressed with the quality of the food, the atmosphere, and the exceptional service from the staff. We liked it so much that I went again just yesterday and took another one of my friends who was visiting from out of town. I also found out that one of my friends that had joined me on the dinner on New Year’s Eve…Also came back that same week to try it again because it was that good!! I tried a variety of different things and was super impressed with each one of the menu items. Everything was exceptional, quality the flavor and taste, and down to the presentation was exceptional. I’ve never tasted better Ramen than this place and the prices are absolutely affordable the first time I went I ordered a mango lemonade, the Philadelphia roll, and a TantanMen Ramen (the third one down is on the menu $14.95). The second time I came I ordered the crab ragoons, milk tea, and the spicy beef Ramen. Everything was so good and I’m surprised how a lot of people don’t know about this yet, but I highly recommend coming here at least once, and I promise you you won’t want to go anywhere else in town”

“I ordered the blueberry donut (unglazed) and cherry sprinkled donut. Together it only cost me $2.19 which is very reasonable to me. My only critique/ complaint about the donuts is that they were a little on the oily side. Note, I went at about an hour before close. I prefer donuts to not be that oily. I usually only see strawberry sprinkled donuts, so I was curious about the cherry flavor. Overall it was very good. There were also some good seating options despite it being a small location. I sat at the bar/ counter area as you can see in the photo.”

“Jackie who was our waitress was amazing she was very attentive on top of our order and made sure we were comfortable. The food to my taste wasn't just there, I had the parrillada which is a mixed combination of shrimp, chicken and beef had little to no flavor. However the salsa and queso was good and the tortilla chips as well. In short I enjoyed the service Jackie provided but the food didn't convince me.”

“My wife and I dined at this restaurant for the first time recently. We were greeted immediately, seated, and the server arrived at our table promptly. The ambiance of this restaurant was very simple but elegant. We noticed immediately how quiet the restaurant was which was a very nice change for other noisey restaurants we have visited. We could actually carry-on a converstation. The server Payton was very professional and friendly. She smiled a lot and made us feel welcome. A definite asset to the organization. She described the "specials" for the day and recommended beverages. I must say the white sangria with peach was delicious. As an appetizer to share we ordered the Stuffed Mushrooms with Mac n' Cheese. The serving size was ample for two persons. I must say that this dish was outstanding. My wife and I devoured this appetizer. A photo is shown below. For entree's I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak which was accompanied with white gravy, mashed potatoes, and mixed veggies. The steak was tender and breaded very nicely. As a Texan I know Chicken Fried Steak and this one was very good. My wife had the special Red Fish with Crab Topping. She devoured it but did allow me to have a taste. I agree that it was excellent. Overall my wife and I were very pleased and satisfied with our first visit as the service and food exceeded our expectations. I can safely recommend this eating establishment. We will definitely return soon. As an update we did return. We were hoping that our first dining experience would be a repeat. As an appetizer we had the Stuffed Mushrooms & Mac n Cheese. It was great. My wife ordered the Crusted Parmesan Trout (photo below). She loved this dish and told me "this is the very best trout she has ever eaten". The trout also came with Lemon Rice which was very unusual and was a nice side to the trout. As a "creature of habit" I once again had the Chicken Fried Steak and I was not disappointed. It was so tender that I cut it with my fork. Our server, Justin, did a great job. He was very attentive and responded quickly to our requests. Overall another nice dining experience. EDIT: Update, during another visit my wife ordered the stuffed chicken and absolutely loved it. As an appetizer she once again had the stuffed mushrooms which did not disappoint. I ordered the Chicken Wings appetizer and did not like them at all. They were drenched in a barbecue sauce that was not flavorful at all. For an entree I had the Crab Cake. It was served fried with a side of shrimp/corn succotash. It did not like the Crab Cake as it was fried with a heavy breading. Authentic Crab Cakes are normally pan seared with no breading. In summary this dining experience was a dud for me but my wife was happy.”

“If you're craving fried chicken, this place is definitely worth checking out. We sampled their fried chicken sandwich and chicken bites, and we were impressed by the level of spiciness they offered. Whether you prefer mild or extra spicy, they deliver on flavor. The chicken was delicious, and we highly recommend giving it a try!”

“After living here for 6 months I finally discovered this seafood spot, and I gotta say I was not disappointed. So I ordered the Lone Wolf, and it sure did live up to the promising smell. Crawfish were not tiny whatsoever and the shrimp were very good and juicy, and most of all that seasoning was amazing. Filled with tons of flavor! Talked with Adam and the dude is holding it down serving up this good stuff!! If you are ever in San Marcos, y’all must check this place out!”

“These pies made at a food co-op close to Texas State are absolutely delicious. The savory pies come with sauces and both are tasty but the green one is a little spicy (I like that but I know that everyone doesn’t). The sweet pies were absolute heaven. I don’t think you could go wrong with any of them. Great snack (or meal) for students.”

“I'm always waited on pretty quickly, actually I have to ask them to give me a min. But the food is always great, I've gone there several times and the food is the BEST compared to other fast food in the location. This is the only place that has good iced coffee to me! Glad this place is here!”

“These people working here have no respect for human life! They ban homeless people from shopping at their store and during this pandemic! Not only have I seen this with my own two eyes, but I myself have been the victim banned from shopping here. I understand if there are multiple occasions of problems. But to just ban an American trying to make it in life without hesitation or working with the person? No, this kind of hatred is something else. This is America, not India. We're Americans! Are you an American or an American't? Or are these people working here just saving up for the right time to strike? If you know what I mean... Kinda scary. It's fixable, but you'll need to do the unthinkable...Treat people better and you might get some better reviews. Or just let your business sink further and further down; it's your store, do whatever you want. But this is my review. I wish it could have been better. I am editing this review and removing my one star rating and changing it to a 5 star rating. 3 months later, things have truly turned around and I've seen the change take place myself. I don't sit here and read reviews, I barely write them. I guess only when I feel like the place left that much of an impact on me. Anyways, whatever happened, it felt as though they directly responded to my review and worked swiftly on customer service and more compassion and empathy for their paying customers. I say "wow!" To your swift action in changing for the better, and also "Thank you." for making the world a better place. Maybe it's a small thing, I know it's just one store. I might be small, a loser, trash in this world, and that being said you've done the unexpected and have listened to what I had to say and responded positively to me. Please maintain this. Great job! And Thank You once again.”

“My wife and I have been looking for a Halal restaurant in San Marcos for ever and we are thrilled this place has opened up. We got the Lamb Shawerma wrap, fries, and baklava (which we were told was homemade). The food was excellent, the restaurant was super clean, and best of all the owner was friendly and helpful.”
