“Use to work here a few years ago. Still love getting drinks at this place, though. Many people do misunderstand how this place works. Your carhop will never ask for a tip, just tip them anyway. They make under minimum wage like any other waitress does. I always try to tip when I have cash on me. Your order may be wrong but it’s not your hops fault, don’t yell at them if they can’t hear you. It’s the equipment (never was the best). And lastly, please read your order while it’s on the screen. Working at a sonic a few towns over, still deal with the same issues. I come here often. Lovely service by my hops whether it’s morning or evening. Respectful young ladies and men that are just trying to put in work ethic and make money to support themselves just like anyone else. Your carhops are people, too.”

“This place is super fun with a very chill vibe. I've been here several times and they were busy each time. The food is very fresh and great. The antioxidant bowl is my favorite. They close at 4 everyday. I wish they stayed open until 7-8 so I could swing by after work when I don't want to fix dinner or need one of their smoothies!! Super cute place!!!”

“Good food, fries were hot and fresh. Our burgers were customer ordered to our preference. customer service was not good. Went through drive through. Window opens and guy just starts handing me drinks. No hi, no, verifying of my order. Then he just looks at me and holds his hand out. No words come out of his mouth. So I hand him my card and he swipes it and hands it back to me. Still no words, so I said thank u. He did say your welcome then turned to get our food. Handed me the bag of food, and shut the door. Customer service is just as big of a part of a restaurant as the food. I'd rather get great customer service and ok food.”

The only reason I gave 4 stars is that I am not accustomed to so much oil on much of what is served. Outside of that for service, expense, and atmosphere-I would choose 5.”

“Been here at all different times of the day and mostly order the bread sticks. They have always been hot and fresh. Just once lacked the amount of cheese that I like. Been waited on by young and older men and women employees, everyone has been really nice, patient and greet me immediately. I have to edit my review from 2 years ago. The last 5 times I've been here (5 month span) the breadsticks have been under cooked and lacked butter and cheese. Do not buy them until they get this fixed.”

“This Place is really Good. It is a peaceful more layed back place. There is enough natural lighting shining in through the windows making for an awesome much needed relaxed Lunch break in the middle of a busy day. The staff are kind, helpful and polite. The beef tips on the Lunch menu are particularly good. I was told the enchiladas are under $6 for lunch tomorrow (Tuesday) so I may return for that as well.”

“I love this place. Home town feel, wonderful staff, GREAT FOOD!!! I gave a really good review last year which these guys deserve. I'm glad to be able to edit because I wanted to give the update. I went last year sometime in September, not trying to put these guys down but they need or require a refresher course of customer service! God truly given me a gift of long suffering, but I was so dissatisfied with my last visit, I tried to reconcile in my head what happened or happening my last visit. I said last because the was my last time I would eat at this cafe. Not trying to bash this establishment but we literally sat there for an hour never got our food, and when I asked about it the attitude of this waitress who always has a awful disposition didnt have a answer. Someone else helped me with the question. when she came back she told me about 10-20 min. At that moment I got up, paid for my coffee decided not to be a burden. Thanks for your time.”

“I used to love the old restaurant that was here. The new owners need to work on the service . When you walk in no one greets you. You have no clue if you should sit or wait to be seated. It’s amazing, the condiments they have for your coffee and way way way cheaper than a Starbucks and with all their wonderful condiments I can make just as good a cup myself! Toby was nice & helpful & Ray.......well I wuv him.....he’s a lil bit of Sunshine or a whole lotta & I just wanna take him with me everywhere I go! He’s ALWAYS SO NICE & goes above & beyond and it’s not fake; he always has a good attitude and makes you want him for your bff!
