“My husband & son wanted Long John Silver's and I wanted Subway for supper & went to Long John's for Jimmy and first of all, prices are too high for no more than you get there and I asked for an extra side which was almost $2.00 and it came in a teeny tiny cup, not a normal size like you get at other places for buying extra sides!!!! They DID NOT even include any of those tiny pieces of crispy pieces that we love & they usually have tons in your meal!! Also, I told them that he did not need a drink because I was taking this home and they said it's the same price with or without a drink and the Tea was awful, tasted too strong!! They would not let me substitute!! I am going to do their survey off my receipt and believe you me, I will do my complaining there!! For what it costs to eat there, and not that good, I could have gone to Golden Chick which serves real catfish and gotten better fish and homestyle veggies for just a little more money!!”

“Went in last night and didn’t realize they were closing soon. Despite that every single employee there was extremely nice and friendly. Just from the few minutes I was in there to pick up my order I could tell they work great as a team and seemed to love their jobs. “This specific location is on Rufe Snow Drive in North Richland Hills, TX. The food was fresh, hit and made to order. The cleanliness of this location appeared to be well kept. However, the environment was nearly unbearable as the air conditioning unit may be experiencing some problems and made the dining atmosphere uncomfortable. The store management did set a small box fan out in the dining area, but this was hardly adequate for the size of said dining area. I'm sure that they'll have their air conditioning repaired within a short time.”

“I have been going to this place as often as I can ever since I discovered it a couple of years ago. They have great Mexican food and fabulous American food. Whatever I'm in the mood for, they seem to have it! Steak, Seafood, Chicken Fried Steak and some of the best Mexican food I have ever had!! I love the Chili Relleno!!! Not to mention, free, all you want, chips and salsa. That's just to name a few! They have many more options. Good for meat lovers and vegans alike. The staff is wonderful. The service is great and fast. There is plenty of easy parking. Clean restrooms etc...I can't think of anything bad to say about this place!! I would recommend it to everyone.”

“The enchilada plate is what I usually get. The tortillas are very easy to cut through, the beans and rice are absolutely amazing, and the amount of sauce and cheese they put on top is very generous. Their chips are another story. Half will be edible and the other half are pooled in grease and very chewy. I could barely pull through one of the chips without breaking a tooth. Also, be aware when youu ask for stuff because they wont give them to you. Didnt get straws. And when asked what kind of salsa I wanted, I said green. He gave me 2 packets of red.... Their tacos are very delicate. If you go anytime past 5pm, you will get soggy tacos that break at the bottom. Almost like they cook the food and then let it sit. Very gross. Just be cautious. This is the only taco cabana that I go to because believe it or not, the other ones near me are 10 times worse than this.”

When our food came I was grateful she suggested sharing 2 meats and the food was heavenly. Mashed potatoes that melt in your mouth. We had the fried fish and baked chicken and I couldn't decide which one was better. The endless sides were perfectly paired and extremely delicious. Definitely a new Favorite eatery for me.”

The fish tacos with the colde slaw was sweet and juicy which enhanced the fish as well as the spicy mayo! The fresh grilled vegetables were crunchy and wonderful! Darrell’s were different than mine. They make everything there including the cheese! We will definitely be back! This place is better than the three previous places!!! You have got to try it!!!”
