“Just left the location. I come here almost every week before work. And I always receive great service. There were some people in front of me and I was still able to get a drink in less than 5 minutes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Their customer service is great. I ordered a green milk tea with grass jelly and the female employee made it perfectly as always. It’s a blessing to have a milk tea location down south in the GP/ARL/MANSFIELD area. “My wife and I would just like to commend "Mr. Dale" for the outstanding service that we received from him while at the McDonald's store #32438. We've been attending this store for a few years now since we moved into this neighborhood a little over four years ago. We can't recall ever receiving the type of service and attention to detail rendered by "Mr. Dale" during our breakfast this morning. Although his badge states that he is "just" a crew member, he definitely needs to be considered for management and/or at least assistant management. His pleasant and cordial demeanor throughout our entire visit really impressed me and my wife as well. So much so, that I felt that had to leave some comments. “It was great. Fast as usual and they had a new menu screen that actually told you what your order was. Looked pretty cool. Although, because they are very fast, their window service is not that great. They almost throw the food at you to keep the line moving.”
