Despite little expensive on few items. One of my longtime liking family restaurant. Kids love their bread and soups
So, the 2 gals taking orders were nice enough, but NO ONE else there would smile. I mean, they didn't only lack a smile but they looked miserable. It was very, very strange. I wonder if something bad happened. If not, maybe it's the manager? I dunno, it was weird. Food was good, as usual.
Decent food. Love the soups. Only problem is that I think they only make three bread bowls per day and they're usually out when I come by.
Always good food at panera. It usually not packed but can be hard to find a spot to sit. Of the last 3 times I have gone they have gotten my order right once. So if you like to customize (like no tomatoes) then double check your food after it has come out.
Halley's an excellent example of what cool, calm and collected should be. I went in and got a couple of breakfast sandwiches, which were very good, but while I waited, I dropped my coffee on the counter. What a disaster! Well, I'm the sort of person that was taught to clean up my own mess and I did. When I looked over, Halley just had a smile on her face with understanding. That made me feel so much better.
It's so wonderful to go to a place and be treated with decency, even when you screw up.
They say a company's staff will either make or break you. I can tell you, with individuals like Halley, you'll be around for a long time.
I look forward to visiting this place again.
