Such a chill vibe that fits in with this city. There’s all kinds of seating arrangements for any taste, from the library room setting, to picnic tables, brewery barrels, and to the metal barstools underneath the spectacular glass dome. Beer is plentiful and so is coffee. Great place to cool off from the summer heat too.
Great beer, food and vibe. Would highly recommend to anyone who has the opportunity to visit. The guacamole is out of this world and the 40 days & 40 nights IPA is fantastic. We visited twice in a 4 day trip!
Lazarus is my go-to work spot. The food is unique and delicious. The coffee is strong. The beer has a large selection and rotates regularly, and I rarely experience better customer service in Austin. The bar staff is knowledgeable and friendly, even when the bar is packed. I can't think of a better east side spot in Austin for an early weekend afternoon.
Fantastic vibe, cool hip and trendy but not pretentious at all, very welcoming. Cool music playing but not too loud that it impede conversation. Now the beers, wow, really great selection and very well crafted with an attention to unique complex flavors that hit.
The interior has plenty of bar top seating so we'll as indoor/outdoor. This place just rocks. A super solid craft brewery, how they all should be.
Excellent beers, and pretty good food too.
A good recent entrant into the plethora of breweries in Austin, this place focuses more on English/Belgian-style beers, though you also get other stuff. And, more importantly, there is pretty good food, and wine too!
The staff is friendly, and more than happy to spend time discussing life, the universe, and everything with you, which is pretty Austin-like ☺️.
BTW, Don't let the facade fool you, the whole place is pretty big. That said, it's been broken up into chunks that make the place simultaneously less barn-like, and still pleasingly spacious, and that's good...
