Louisiana Crab Shack

Was super excited to see this place opening up so close to my house because my boyfriend and I LOVE Cajun food. A couple days after they opened we went to check it out and decided to splurge a bit. We ordered to-go the Oyster Poboy, Gumbo and a pound of King Crab legs. All for about $60, not bad considering it’s king crab. Except it wasn’t. We received our order pretty quickly and left (without checking the bag...classic mistake). I wish google let you add images with a review because I took some for scale. They gave us snow crab, which was good, but certainly not what we paid for ($32/lb). Everything else we got was really good and yeah, we still ate those crabs and they were good too. Just disappointed :/

This is a nice change of pace for food in the area. The food is yummy. I ordered the shrimp po’boy it was good but there was too few shrimp on it. My friend got a pile of crab and we both had ice tea. $60?? Seems a bit pricey so it’s on the over-priced side.

Had snow crabs with Cajun spice, medium hot which was just right for a spicy palate without being too much. Food was fast and excellent. Service was super nice and attentive. Owner checked in, also very nice. Live music on a Friday night was great. Do wish they had wet wipes for your hands, though!

AWESOME! Stumbled on this place today and decided to give it a try... What a delight! Good was delicious, exactly what we ordered and plenty to share ( we had the combo with King Crab, Tiger shrimp, potatoes and corn).

Service was quick, constant and personable.

Price is right on target.

Warning - eating crab legs is messy! And this is definitely a MESSY meal...dress appropriately.

We will be back-we want to try all items on the menu.

My husband and I were walking around the shopping center, and noticed this restaurant. We weren't sure about, but decided to check it out. The owner told us this place had only been open 2 days. They were awesome. Very friendly, constantly checking on us and even customized our order. The vibe was great and the food was delicious!! We will definitely be going back. Our server, who may have been one of the owners. asked us to come back in about a week, when they are fully staffed. Because they have more options they would love us to try.
