Food was amazing and staff was really nice. Can’t wait to go back.
I give this 3.5 stars. The Pat's plate was decent but I was super disappointed in the spring rolls. They had pork, lettuce, and vermicelli but according to the menu, they are supposed to also have red cabbage, mint, and bean sprouts. I'm not sure if they were out or what but the absence of the mint really changes the flavor ?
It's good in a pinch but if you're looking to satisfy a Vietnamese craving, I would check out somewhere else.
Good veggie and vegetarian options! They have my favorite tofu vermicelli bowl in Austin. The veggies and pickled carrots are reliably fresh and good quality. (If anyone has had sad lettuce in a vermicelli bowl, you know the struggle). The tofu has some Chinese five spice on it which is a little odd, but delicious.
Delicious vegetarian broth pho. The soup/ sandwich combo is highly recommended. Fast, friendly service. Has its own loyalty program now.
Excellent quality traditional vietnamese food. I had the beef pho and it was really done well. The noodles were then sized, the soup base was the best. The. Theres the beef. I personally think the beef was a little too overdone but I still enjoyed it.
you must also try the Jane's rice, the beef was scrumptious on a sweet side and they give you a spring roll yo go with it. To top it up, they placed a sunny side up egg on top.
