Absolutely world class dining experience, ranked in the top five meals of my life. Michael was our server. We had a few things we definitely wanted to taste that caught our eye, but left the rest up to him. Pacing was perfect, flavor variance throughout the coursing was phenomenal. He did a spectacular job. The menu was beyond reproach. Both front and back of house were immaculately trained and attentive. If you have the money to spend on the full experience, I'd recommend it before you could finish asking if you should go here. I'm walking away with chills.

This is truly one of the top three restaurants in the US and Europe where we have ever eaten! (the other two had Michelin stars). The combination of flavors was incredible - blended so deliciously. The first sushi restaurant where no soy sauce was provided and was definitely not needed because each bite was a burst of perfectly complimentary flavors. Our server, John, was great! If you are going to be in Austin, make reservations early and Enjoy!

Nice scene for sushi. Great place to meet and catch up with friends. The service here is friendly. It has a cool interior. Menu is like a place in Miami I enjoyed

An epic experience of unique flavors and dishes. Extra fun sitting at the sushi bar and having dishes created in front of you. Staff is incredibly knowledgeable and entertaining without being to latched to you. The downside is just the price. Worth it yes. But expect to pay $100-150 a person for the full experience. I consider it a twice in a lifetime experience for a average middle class couple.

This was my birthday dinner. I chose something out of my comfort zone. I am glad I did. The dining area was fresh and easy to get along with. The food was exceptional. The beverage was delightful. The combination worked well. Well worth it! It’s a dining pleasure.
