Great customer service and great and healthy

Plenty of menu options and they are well labeled for people needing to avoid certain foods. Good quality of food.

Here's the deal, all I do all day long is watch videos on 200-plus employees and how they interact with customers. I grade them on their rapport-building, the greeting, handshake, and every word during a new customer intro which is fairly scripted for the business I work in. I walked into Snapkitchen and met James who, if he was my employee, likely would have gotten a promotion on the spot. Amazing energy and excellent customer service. He explained everything about the company, the food and the services they offer and even hooked me up with a very clutch first purchase discount! He couldn't have known the struggle that I'm going through financially during this pay period . But he made sure to take care of me and for that I'm very grateful. The manager, a woman whose name I heard but forgot because that's literally how forgettable she was due to her poor customer service and lack of interest in new patrons, was trying to get out the door as fast as she could as her shift was obviously over. She didn't turn her head and even look at me as she lazily greeted me with her ear hole. She gets a one-star review but, in the spirit of announcing to the world James's amazing customer service and the energy that he brings to the sales floor, this two-sentence mention of her is all she actually gets. If I saw her interaction with customers on camera in my job, she likely would not have a job, or she would at least be demoted and I'd make sure a broom was in her hand for the rest of the day.

They are helpful, kind, thoughtful and cheerful. Really enjoyed my short trip. Easy going on the sales and attentive. Food is great! Whole30 approved. Paleo and primal. Gluten free.
