Arby's

The only reason I am going give them three stars is because the lady that the window was fabulous. Great customer service. However, my brisket sandwich is cold. I’m not sure how that works because it has cheese in it is melted but they could at least have stuck it in the microwave for a few seconds. What’s worse, is that the wait was terrible. I ordered it with no mayonnaise in it has mayonnaise. I really want to throw it out but I’m very hungry and it was almost 8 dollars. I would’ve been happy to pay eight dollars for a decent one. Not even gray, just decent. I meant Arby’s several times in my life and I can’t remember a single time that I ordered the brisket sandwich and it was cold. I think traditionally they do serve it warm. Maybe you have to ask at this location for it to be warm, I’m not sure.

Amazing hard working young people who DONT get enough credit for what they’re doing the store just opened up and most employees have never worked at an Arby’s before. so give them a little break will ya! everyone is new and still trying to learn as they go. all of y’all can get a life and if you don’t like the food simply go somewhere else. or just simply ask to make sure your order is correct and they WILL help you fix the issue
