Was here for new years in 2019 - had the best oysters of my life.

Good food and great service! I wish the draft beer selection list was a bit more extensive, but they do have some good choices. Smoked nuts as an appetizer and then I ordered a sloppy veggie ? with fries. Wife got a side salad ?.

The COVID menu is a limited but I love the nice cool vibe of the outside patio.

Such an exquisite boutique hotel experience with phenomenal front desk staff, especially Hannah, who went out of her way to give us some time in the gift shop and answer unending questions about the merchandise - which is also beautifully unique and fun. Pool was wonderful, room was basic but comfortable, and the hotel offered us electric assist bikes which made adventuring all the more enjoyable. Can’t wait to visit back in Austin and stay at Central Standard again soon.

The service was amazing! There was a lady I think a manger or owner whose customer service skills were top notch!! We were seated quickly and received prompt service. I ordered 2 oysters and the prime rib hash which was AMAZING!! It didn't seem like a lot of food when it arrived but I was full after eating. I'd definitely go back! I also had the mimosa with pineapple juice and it was really good!

Greasy and juicy burgers with substantial quality ingredients! My family ended up using a ton of napkins as a result from the juicy burgers. I ordered the mini with cheese, and it was enough to make me full! It is a bit pricey if you want to add cheese or bacon ($1.25 for a piece of pork fat?!). The truffle fries were good too, and didn't seem to oily. However, I will add that their free pickles are generous slices and very tasty!! Wish there's locations in TX now.
