Gorgeous! We were here for a work event and the grounds are spectacular. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. They left water in the rooms and provided it all over which was nice since it was 100+ degrees. They catered a few meals which were all very tasty. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
Absolutely stunning resort. We had a great time at the golf course and pool. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. If there was an issue, they were more than willing to help resolve the problem. The golf course was in great condition and a lot of fun. The rooms were spacious and comfy and the accommodations were fantastic.
Omni Hotel in Austin is a fanciful 4,000 acre retreat for your friends, intimate partners and/or colleagues. Newly renovated property has about 500 spacious rooms, dining room, large drinking rooms, swimming pool and an indoor track. Most staff are professional and accessible. The whole property is situated on a lush lot and equipped with sumptuous duds. The management definitely drives this property to rival Four Seasons, especially as they have a golf course on campus. We witnessed the unveiling of the 2023 Toyota Crown alongside 80 reporters who all seemed to have fallen in love with this modern big top.
This resort is nestled in a nice hillside area with plenty of golf courses. I enjoyed the spa with all their amenities, my facial and massage were wonderful. The staff was friendly and very attentive. Our room was great, nice and clean we stayed in the Arrowhead tower...they had 3 different pools and we enjoyed refreshing cocktails poolside during a hot humid day in Austin. We dined outside the resort so I can't really comment on the dining at the resort. We did however enjoyed the bars at the resort, the Crenshaw bar was really nice...they had a game room for kids...so a very kid friendly resort too
Visited here for an event and found it to have a charming, rustic/vintage interior. Areas are spacious and the outside view is lovely. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. There are various amenities for the hotel guests, including an outdoor fireplace, a spa, multiple lounges, bars, a restaurant, golf courses and more.
A few complaints: 1) navigating the inside of the hotel was a bit rough, and maps were small, unclear or nonexistent in certain parts of the hotel 2) it's a bit further out from the city, so I'd recommend it for a retreat/getaway full of privacy, but not so much as part of a fun vacation spot 3) at nighttime the roads leading up to the hotel are very dark, which can be a problem because the roads are long and winding.
Overall though, I did enjoy my time here and felt very welcomed by the staff.
