“Yum yum yum. Coming from a New Yorker this is a classic taste hard to beat. Not only do they have amazing hot dogs but they have this amazing pretzel bread sandwich that is to die for. The service was pretty solid too. I was greeted with a smile and a friendly face that had me joking around trying to match whose Dogs were better NYC or Austin. Truth be told Austin's Hot Dog eatery is more friendly and has more selection. But you didn't hear that from me....Forgettaboutit !!”

“Such a quaint cafe! One of the best lattes I've had (in fact, so good, it didn't need anything but the espresso and steamed milk imo). The pastry i had was flaky and buttery. Friendly service, and wonderful, quality items to choose from. Family owned and operated- and i support locals as much as i can, so i appreciate them even more. Breakfast and lunch is served, and very reasonable prices, especially for the quality of what you get.”

“The steak fajita is the best I’ve had in Austin. I highly recommend them! Also, I’m blown away at some of the negative reviews. This place is fantastic. Their homemade salsa is top level as well.”

“I was visiting Austin from Houston and looked up Gluten Free bakeries because I have to eat Gluten Free and found this one! I bought a couple of cupcakes and a cookie. I just ate the triple chocolate cupcake and it was by far the best gluten free/vegan/soy free cupcake I have ever had. I wish I stocked up before heading home. I loved the shop, it was super cute and inviting. I will definitely be back for more. Thank you for making such great treats for all to enjoy!”

“I am most productive when I am at East Tiger. The environment is a hip, modern, but relaxed space where you can enjoy a delicious cappuccino or local draft beer. I usually go around 2pm and it is always so quiet yet upbeat. The employees are the most helpful and kind folks. I LOVE this place and am thinking about renting the upstairs space for upcoming parties/events. Can't wait to go back!”

“What's unique about the gelato & sorbet here is that they make it themselves. They use natural ingredients that make their deserts taste fresh and full of flavor. I tried a couple of their flavors and decided to go with the strawberry sorbet. Very refreshing to eat on a warm day and has a authentic flavor. The sorbet is light too, so you can enjoy dessert without the guilt of eating a lot of calories. All in all, I enjoyed my visit and would come back.”

“One of the more nice Schlotzsky's facilities I have been in. Plenty of room. The service was great. I was taken care of promptly and the sandwich came out as expected. They had plenty of condiments and the drink machines allow a multitude of choices. The bathroom at that point needed a bit of attention but did the job. The one part about the facility that was unique was the decorative element, which I guess was an oven at some point. I would be interested in the history of that particular building. Anyway a good spot for a sandwich.”

“Good donuts and kolaches. Staff is a bit unpolished, and I've been left at the counter waiting for someone to come back and serve. Prices are good, and is probably you're best option in this part of the neighborhood, but they could easily be one-upped by a better ran shop.”

“This lovely mom-and-pop shop in NW Austin offers a mouthwatering array of bagels, sandwiches, pastries, and salads made with great care and love. I’ve been there every week since they’ve opened and can vouch for the quality of food. But it’s not just the food that draws me in. What makes this shop truly special is the family who owns it. They are among the friendliest small business owners I’ve met and they make you feel welcomed. Worth the trip up North if you don’t live in the area.”

“Quick and easy lunch, little overpriced for what it is but there are lots of good options. Very carb heavy obviously but not great for the health conscious in my opinion. Before I had to go gluten free, I loved getting soup in a bread bowl or fancy mac and cheese with lots of toppings. They have a lovely assortment of sweet baked goods to pair with your meal as well. Service at this location is fast and friendly!”

“Good bagels are rare in Austin and Einstein Bros is sadly part of that. Their bagels are just ok, they're kind of bread shaped like a bagel. They do have a little bit of a crust and some bubbly bread texture like a bagel should. But overall, they tend to be small and not very filling. The staff was nice at this location though and generally the place wasn't very crowded. A decent bagel place but definitely not my favorite.”

“I loved Corner Bakery in Houston so when I needed box lunches for 60 out-of-town guests in Austin, I immediately went to them. They were great to work with and made the whole experience easy and fun. Everyone raved about the sandwiches and some are even looking for Corner Bakeries in their hometown. Thank you for making me look good!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!”

“Nice staff! Clean place. Had Cranberry Pecan small salad and we shared the chicken salad croissant. Salad was OK but not very appealing visually. Dark greens, dark cranberries, and even nuts were dark.... toasted too long? Just wasn't same as last time I had it which was quite a while ago. Chicken salad was not very signature. Mayo was the prevailing ingredient.... Things were NOT bad but less than special...?”

“We shared a decent 10 inch 4 meat pizza, it was pretty good and was just the right size for 2 people. Three slices each. We ordered a side salad to go with it but the salad could've had more lettuce to share between two. We also bought two drinks and it all came out to $18 even.”
