“Went to the taco amigos on my trip to Austin. It’s a good truck with two tables to sit on. Weather was good so se decided to eat there. Owner was very nice and accommodative. They serve Halal meat and the whole menu is halal. Enjoyed eating freshly made food. I ordered carne asada, mix meat taco and tostadas and everything was fresh and delicious. Would definitely try other items on the menu on my next trip. All menu items are also available in vegetarian option too.”

“Tulum Mexican Restaurant is, I think the third one or so to start in this location. We have been to the previous ones which were all fairly good; but could not sustain the business. (Perhaps Covid issues kept customers away ?) This was our first visit to this restaurant. Premises were clean and service excellent and friendly. We tried Cameron’s Chipotle ( pan seared shrimp in chipotle sauce with rice etc.) and Cameron’s Al Mojo De Ajo ( pan seared shrimp in garlic sauce with rice etc.). They served chips with salsa mixed at the table to the degree of spice level to your liking ! Also had Flan and Sopapillas for dessert. ALL WERE DELICIOUS. Overall, we enjoyed the the visit and hope they are here for a long time. Will visit again.”

“We used Bruster's team for a catering event a few weeks ago and we had a great experience! Their manager helped us figure out what we needed to schedule the event at a home residence via email. We had two staff members join us for the event. They were on time, served delicious ice cream, and did a great job cleaning up. The cherry on top for us was when they adjusted their service time because of our other vendors showed up late. They were so gracious and were a great addition to our party. We love their ice cream & really loved having their team there to help us celebrate a special occasion with our favorite dessert.”

“A set-in food truck with delicious tacos and wonderful service. I pass by this place everyday to and from work and today I stopped out of curiosity. I ordered a handful of tacos that were prepared near perfectly with good quality ingredients. I also had the pleasure to meet the chef Marissa, who was being a very nice and genuine person during my stop. There is a covered patio with enough seating for a couple dozen people, limited parking though, and it's right off the highway for a quick in-and-out meal. I was told the menu is pretty usual but parts of it do rotate on a day-to-day basis, so I made sure to find them on Facebook to keep informed. I look forward to stopping by again to try other items on the menu.”

“First time at this location. This one has a full bar and tables for 2. As usual, the place was packed. We still got our food in under 10 minutes. Our waitress was excellent. We actually had several people come by and check on us. Food was excellent. I had the wings and Will had the fried crawfish and shrimp. The drinks are strong. Lots of beers on tap. “This new pizza place is next to L&L donuts in Pflugerville. I ordered a large cheese pizza ($9.99) a large pepperoni pizza ($9.99) and a medium puff pastry pepperoni pizza ($5-$6). The large pizza crust (pan I think) reminded me of gattis pizza but a little better. Same thickness. The puff pastry pizza...I didn't try it until a few hours after I brought it home. It was ok. Not something that I'd buy again. It's a super flaky crust. Kind of like baklava. I wasn't a fan but my kiddos were. The pizza was decent overall. I also bought the Jeni's ice cream once I went in to pick up my order. The ice cream was pretty good. My kids loved it. We tried two flavors. The gooey butter cake and honey vanilla bean. They were a bit on the sweet, rich side. I like the place for the price. It's not the best pizza but they made them with a good amount of cheese and less sauce which is my preference. I'd definitely go back. The service was lacking luster. No one greeted me. I stood there for a few minutes before anyone really initiated a conversation on why I was there. That was disappointing. A woman in front of me was being helped, signing her payment receipt. A family was walking out when I walked in. There were more staff members on the floor working then customers in the restaurant at that time. They weren't busy at all! After helping the lady in front of me they walked off from the register and gathered to go orders at the end of the cabinet. I thought I was invisible for a moment. The place looked clean and organized. I didn't see a fountain for drinks. They did have a fridge with drinks, your common sodas. Nothing fancy. I'd visit again. I just hope they see me next time.”

“We ordered food for the family on our way back from a day trip... Falafel Burger did NOT disappoint! The falafel burgers with seasoned fries (cajun and zaatar) were delicious. The fatoush falafel salad is a meal on its own, the dressing was tangy (on the sour side), a great compliment for the falafel. My falafel wrap just as good! (And huge, I saved half for later lol). The babaghanoush is smoky with a hint of tanginess and taste of olives (from the oil), delicious! (I wish they served it with some form of flat bread instead of buns though). We also tried the falafel taco, delicious! The finishing touch was dessert... crispy fresh, perfectly sweet baklava. The service was friendly and patient, he answered all the questions we had about our order and the food came wrapped neatly. We will definitely visit again and explore more from their wide selection of food (just in case you are wondering, there are also plenty of meat based dishes).”
