“Hate to give three stars but I was super disappointed during my time dining at Chili's I have ate at many locations and never really had a bad experience but this past visit was very mediocre. I walked in around 5:30pm and they weren't too busy but surely acted like it, me and my friend waited at the front for someone to greet us for a few minutes, host finally comes over to sit us at at a booth with no menus just silverware, we sat there for about 10-15 mins until someone that wasn't even our server asked if we have been helped notices we don't have menus and attempts to go find some. a few minutes later the manger comes over to explain he will be helping out the server because she was a little behind. We ended up both ordering steaks I asked for mine to be well done and my friend wanted his medium rare and since it's was their birthday they had $3.13 Margaritas so we also had a few drinks. When our orders came out I noticed my steak still had a lot of juices coming from it looking just like my friend steak I cut into mine and immediately noticed that my steak was not fully cooked it still was very pink and raw I called over to my server and asked for it to be sent back to the kitchen to be cooked a little longer they then took my steak put it on a different plate and sent it back to the kitchen a few minutes later they bring back my steak and it was still pink not to sound like a difficult customer but I know what well done looks like. The pictures I took here are after they brought it back a third time and I still noticed that it wasn't fully cooked liked I wanted. The cook even came back from the kitchen glaring at me from the corner probably because he thought I was joking about how I wanted it. After the third time my sides was cold and I was just fully dissatisfied and sent everything back ready to go. The manger did his best to accommodate me by taking off my meal and even comping my appetizer. The only thing our assigned server did was check In maybe like twice to see how everything was but other than that she did nothing to help us. The only good thing about my time there was the Margaritas. Definitely won't be going back to that location anytime soon really just because of the lack of service.”

“Call me crazy, but Little Caesar's is my favorite pizza. I'd give 5 stars, but this location is very busy. As a result, there's virtually never anything hot and ready, and there's always a wait. Lobby could use a detailed cleaning, too, but I can understand with how busy they always seem to be. They always get my food right and it's always great.”

“Went to this location for lunch. I like the variety on the menu which allowed me to eat healthy and my boyfriend had his classic pizza. Food was delicious. Service was good even though our server mention the system being down. The hostess asked if we were members of the rewards program or something like that. Which we are not. And she didn't say anything else about it. Maybe it would've been a good opportunity to offer or explain. But I guess now we can look it up. Overall I recommend.”

“Not sure what the deal is with this place but they never seem to cook a steak right. The last time I was here I ordered my steak medium and it was cooked well done. So this time around I ordered my steak medium rare and sure as hell, it came out well done. The service was great, the atmosphere is nice and the drinks are good. I'll most likely be back but will probably have something other than steak. They just can't get that right.”

“We were passing through town and decided to try Indian food for the first time. Us not being familiar with the cuisine, ordering our food was challenging at first. But we asked the hostess to help with the menu and she was very helpful. She explained what everything was in the menu and all of the combination options we could could choose from. When the wait staff started coming with our food. The staff serving the food was just as helpful as the hostess. Again, not being familiar with the cuisine. The wait staff explained what was being served and also explained how to eat it. Our drinks never went empty and our platters were always topped off with the items we wanted. Eating here has made us a lover of Indian cuisine and definitely recommend this restaurant people passing through the area. We can’t wait to go back.”

“The people who work there are fantastic and helpful. I was disappointed that the movie was playing without closed captioning. I went with a young man who needed a gluten free pizza. Last night I went through the web site and tried to find the menu for this particular location and ended up in an infinite loop. I was able to find the nutritional value and menus for other locations. It turned out that this location does not have gluten free pizzas. We had to order a gluten free pizza to be delivered from another Gattis pizza location. As I said, the workers were great and made sure we got the pizza, but it seemed like a round about way to make sure everyone had pizza they enjoyed. The game area was laid out so it didn't seem busy, and it was not too terribly loud, which was great.”

“I can’t get enough of this place. Their biscuits taste like those Hawaiian sweet rolls but better, hot and fresh. All staff here are always so friendly and helpful. A few times we have not received the complete order and when I called the store they asked me to come back in and pick up the item. I asked for a refund on the item instead of driving 40 minutes for the item. The young man said OK and hung up—we never received the refund.”
