“Que sabroso! Located at the Pond Springs Food Court (the larger section). My first foray into Venezuelan cuisine. Today, we tried the cachapas de queso y carne mechada con la bebida/drink papelon con limón (press cane sugar, ginger, lime, and water). What a refreshing drink on a hot and humid Texas spring day. Ingelbert suggested tequeños (fried breaded cheese stick or a spear of bread dough with queso blanco stuffed in the middle). Nom nom nom. Great food, great service, the joy of eating outside at a food truck with a covered dining area. I highly recommend you visit and try this amazing food. We're planning our return to try all the other yummy items.”

“I couldn't resist coming back to this place many times. The mix of Asian and Latin flavors is perfect if you want to try something unique and delicious. We have already tried almost the whole menu and I still can't decide which one is my favorite. They have a great variety and the staff is super friendly. I would come back a lot more times, without a doubt.”

“Pictures do not do this justice. I had the Colombian burger and the Carimañola and it was so flavorful! Their chocolate iced coffee was wonderful as well. The price for the amount of food is well worth it. This was a happy accident in finding this little spot. Please go visit!”

“Chowpatty Chats is an exquisite chat place that exudes beauty and charm. What sets this establishment apart is the exceptional couple who own and operate it, radiating kindness and down-to-earth warmth. The food they prepared was nothing short of extraordinary. Each bite was a burst of delicious flavors that tantalized our taste buds. In addition to the chats, we also indulged in their heavenly Chikoo shake, which left us utterly satisfied. The prices were reasonable, considering the excellent quality and generous portions offered. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend Chowpatty Chats to everyone seeking an unforgettable chat experience. The dedication and passion of the couple, combined with the mouthwatering food and fair prices, make this place a true gem. Don't miss the opportunity to savor their delightful creations.”

“The breakfast tacos, street tacos and pastor torta hit the spot!!! Order was ready within minutes - very friendly staff! I’ve finally found a legit place for delicious breakfast tacos in my area :-) Definitely coming back for more. “This was one of the most awaited and much needed Indian buffet in Austin. We gave almost every dish a try and Godavari did an amazing job keeping up the taste with all of it. With over 25 dishes on the buffet there was a good mix of authentic South Indian food. Great ambience with sophisticated interiors and bar; plus kind waiters.”

“First time here and it's very likely to get a bump up in the next ranking. Nice seating area outside the truck. Covered. Flour tortillas are on point. They said made on site and I believe it. Not too thick. Warmed up nicely. Give stars. Had a barbacoa and also a pastor. Both quite good. Returning shortly to try breakfast tacos and see if this is a five star.”

“Boss Pizza Co in North Austin, Texas, isn’t just another pizzeria—it’s an experience that manages to encapsulate the spirit and flavors of New York-style pizza while adding unique, creative touches that are distinctly its own. Let’s start with the crust—often considered the backbone of any great pizza. At Boss, the crust hits the sweet spot between chewy and crispy, managing to hold its integrity even under a generous load of toppings. It’s a crust that’s robust but not overpowering, allowing the flavors of the fresh ingredients to take center stage. One of the show-stoppers we ordered was the Missing Witness pizza. Every ingredient on this pizza played a role in creating a culinary symphony. The Crema Mexicana lent a creamy texture and a subtle tang that beautifully offset the earthiness of the spinach and mushrooms. The thinly sliced onions added just the right amount of bite, and the cracked black pepper gave it a hint of spice. However, what tied it all together was the salty and rich prosciutto, garnished elegantly with fresh arugula and a dusting of Parmigiano Reggiano. It wasn’t just a pizza; it was a narrative of flavors and textures that unfolded with each bite. Then there was the Son of a Peach, a delectable masterpiece that challenged our perceptions of what a pizza could be. The roasted peaches offered a natural sweetness that was nothing short of transformative when paired with the saltiness of the prosciutto. Adding a layer of complexity were the crumbled goat cheese and pecans, which contributed both texture and depth. The balsamic reduction and fresh sage garnish acted as the final brush strokes on this edible work of art, lending a tangy sweetness and a herby fragrance that elevated the pizza to the realm of the extraordinary. Beyond the artisan pizzas, we sampled their breadsticks, Boss Margherita, and the Friedel. The breadsticks were perfectly seasoned, with just the right amount of crunch, setting the stage for the pizzas to come. The Margherita was a classic done right, with fresh basil and creamy mozzarella singing in harmony on a canvas of vibrant tomato sauce. The Friedel was another hit, further proving that Boss is a pizzeria that knows its craft well. And let’s not forget the pepperoni pizza; the cup-and-char pepperoni was cooked to perfection, achieving a sublime balance between crispy edges and a juicy center. Out of the six pizzas we ordered, not a single slice remained. Boss Pizza Co wasn’t just a meal; it was an event that had everyone at our family reunion raving and vowing to return every time they visit Austin. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you’re in or around North Austin and you have even a passing interest in great pizza, do yourself a favor and experience Boss Pizza Co. Your palate will be forever grateful.”

“The tacos options are cooked and started from 4am in the morning. By 6am you can swing by on the way to work to pick up a few breakfast tacos. Basic options like add beans and cheese, or if you get a barbacoa taco onions and cilantro, a traditional blend. Service is quick so you are in and out. I recommend the chicharron in salsa tacos as a personal favorite. There are other options on the menu from a selection of the hotplates.”

“This small mediterranean-like market is very nice, clean, well organized and the location is accessible near many small businesses. There is a lot of original and authentic products from Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia and Palestine. The meat is halal and very high quality( I took some lamb and beef and it was the best I've ever tried here in north Austin), the prices are affordable too. The owner and the personnel are very polite, friendly and very helpful, Abdul helped us a lot in getting the products we wanted and took more time to show us the items of our native country. I just wanted to tell him about some items where we can't find the price tag..it would be perfect to display every price with item. Otherwise this is my preferred small market from now on, and I highly support and recommend it for everyone..and more for the mediterranean people living here in north Austin.”

“The food was awesome! I had birria tacos and my husband the chicken sandwich. Both were really great. The rice could use a little more flavor. The waitress was great, friendly and professional. They have gluten free options!”

“I would eat here again because of the following three reasons: 1. Unique tasty dishes. My wife enjoyed their shrimp curry very much, saying it was unlike other tomato or cream based shrimp curries. Their corn fritter dish was very tasty and unique. The salmon tandoor was delicious, melted in my mouth, and delicately spiced. 2. Clean and spacious. The rasmalai was presented very nicely and was scrumptious. 3. Very friend staff brought a high chair when needed as well as yogurt when my father wanted to tame the spice of his dish.”

“They offer standard pizza and salad choices but you're better off choosing a crust and then selecting from a wide choice of ingredients. You can do the same if you want a salad instead. Their dessert cake is similar to a Ding Dong. Not bad.”

“It has been on my list for quite some time to explore Mediterranean food around here and today l got the chance to cross that item off. I selected Rumaan Cuisine because of the reviews, as well as the "simplicity" of their menu shown. The restaurant is located at the entrance of the mall near Macy's. Inside it, the tables are well spaced between them providing spacious feeling. We started up with Tea with Mint, Cheese and Parsley flatbread, Lentil soup, and Chicken & Beef Shawarma Plate for the main dish. I cannot say I am an expert but the taste of the foods were absolutely wonderful; the meats in the Shawarma were well spiced and tender, the salad and hummus that came were fantastic. The Lentil soup was flavorful, as well as the cheese flatbread. In fact, we enjoyed every single one of the dishes ordered; oh, the portion size is definitely good, well worth the money. As of November of 2023, the place is still an excellent choice for Mediterranean food. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼”

“Fantastic Ramen! First, the broth was really delicious, there was an almost creaminess to it, it was thick and nutty and all around fantastic. Second, the noodles were cooked to perfection, I'm not sure if they are made in house, but it doesn't matter because they are very authentic and have that perfect Ramen noodle chewy texture. Third, the portion is great, I have the tendency to eat like I'm going on 500 pounds, and this was plenty for me, I was stuffed like an overstuffed teddy bear. My only real con was that there was a little too much spring onion for my liking. I like a little bit of spring onion just not 5 stocks worth in one bowl. Overall, I highly recommend, Tatsuya Ramen won't disappoint!”

“We had our first movie experience at the Alamo Drafthouse this afternoon! Even at noon on a Tuesday, our theatre was completely full, so be sure to buy tickets in advance, especially if you want good seats! Although expensive, the food does taste pretty good! We got a pepperoni pizza and a chicken sandwich, and it was more than enough food for 3 of us to share. The fries that came with the sandwich were cold, though. One thing I would change is that the table is a bit too far from the seat. You have to sit on the edge of your seat, plus hunch over, in order to eat over your plate. Also, be sure to read carefully what type of showing you're going to. We chose family friendly, and that allows people to talk and walk around during the movie. We probably won't choose that next time! People were pretty loud at times.”

“This place was PACKED. I feel like they’re going to need a bigger spot for how packed it was. The food is delicious!!! Just when my bestie and we’re starving and craving seas food, we found this place. The staff were very nice and helpful towards everyone although you could it was VERY busy for them. I wonder if it’s like that every night!! The food was just so damn good and flavorful. I got the snow crab boil with the butter garlic in spicy and damn!!! Just the right amount for me! So satisfying to eat really good sea food with your hands. Hehe. Highly recommend this place if you need that seafood kick!”

“Great location! The food/drinks are consistently good and reasonably priced. My pups have a great time every time we go, and I really appreciate that they go out of their way to keep things clean and ensure people are cleaning up after their pets. Makes for a great spot to get out and have a good time while still being able to socially distance in an outdoor setting so I feel better about spending time here than I would in regular restaurant/bar.”
